This was our first time at The Coconut Inn and we loved everything about it.
We wanted an old town low key beach vibe where we could walk or bike to the beach, bars, restaurants and to hear music.
The Owner of the Inn, Maggie was so nice and accommodating as was Dawn that worked in the office.
Of course Baxter was the best part!
My husband and I cannot wait to return here for another get away.
Thank you for having a wonderful place that we can come to again and again.

Great getaway spot for solo travel with my dog
This is a very cute hotel and in a great locations in Pass-a-grille. It is walking distance to everything in Pass-a-grille: the dog beach, the "people beach" and shops and restaurants. Pass-a-grill is a charming historic district in St Pete Beach. Each morning I enjoyed walking my dog through the neighbor and to the dog beach
I had a quaint and comfortable studio with kitchenette that was perfect for the stay.
The hotel has a heated pool, private parking and nice outdoor lounge areas.
I stayed at the amazing COCONUT INN last week and was thoroughly pleased with my visit. When I arrived, Dawn greeted me immediately and walked me to my room. I stayed upstairs poolside. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean fresh and very comfortable. The N is located in the heart of Pass A Grille close to all restaurants and shops. The beach is a block away, as is the intercoastal, I have a whole different fill a PassAGrille by staying at the Coconut Inn thank you Maggie and Jody for a wonderful stay. I recommend anyone coming into town to stay at the Inn. Overall a 10+
This was the perfect Christmas week vacation stay for two grandparents, Mom and two grandkids. Our separate rooms with kitchens allowed for privacy, actually cooked a Christmas dinner, baked cookies, enjoyed the heated pool, walked the beach, collected shells, enjoyed our time together and apart. The staff was helpful and considerate and the grandkids loved the resident cat. The beach was at the end of the street and a drive into St. Petersburg was less than 1/2 hour away. I hope to go back!
Just got back from another fabulous stay at the Coconut Inn! There’s a reason that this place is a Travelers Choice Award Winner…Maggie and staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. 10 well appointed rooms all face the inviting pool and your only a short block off the best beach in the area. Plenty of dining and drinking places in walking distance! Outside grounds have a fountain, gazebo, outdoor kitchen with grills and plenty of seating areas. Rooms have complete kitchens with full size coffee makers, expanded television options and there’s complimentary use of bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, toys etc! If you’ve not been to Pass a Grille beach your missing out on the best shelling and sunsets in Florida!
If your looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay with family and friends look no further than the Coconut Inn!
If you are planning a trip to St. Pete beach you definitely need to stay at Coconut Inn in Pass-A-Grille. The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and cozy, private parking, and private pool. You are in walking distance to everything and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! We were extremely happy with our stay and plan to be back.
Made a last minute decision to come to Florida. We love the area around pass a grill so we wanted to stay there. The coconut inn was one of two places that had rooms available. The inn has a lot of great extras like beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The rooms are small for the money but are clean and have everything you would need. It’s location is awesome and we didn’t spend much time in the room.
Quaint , always meet other guests. Clean and staff is excellent. Pool is perfect size . Pickle ball court is close, bikes available to ride and beach chairs . We are on our third year of enjoying Coconut Inn.
Love this place. We have rented unit 508 multiple years in a row and love the pool area and view of the bay. The beach is a small trek across the street but that's fine because there are crosswalks and the unit we stay in has a beach wagon for chairs
The room was very nice and clean. It was decorated nicely and the staff went out of the way to make sure everything was good. I like to get away to the beach area once in a while even though I'm local. I would definitely go back.
My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in #701. Our unit was a quick walk to beach, and for an affordable price. We were pleased that our room was spacious enough to be comfortable for 2 people, despite being a studio. We were a little warm,
We stayed just for one night but really enjoyed our families experience here. All of the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The valet was actually convenient and they helped us as well with setting up beach chairs for us and setting up a
Perfectly embodies an Old Florida feel. Sweet and intimate beachfront and gorgeous small town vibe. Walking the little shops was a treat. If youâre tired of congested beaches and want something more cozy and sincere, the is the place to look.
Wonderful, quiet, great place to stay. Met wonderful people who come back year after year. Price was excellent. Had a kitchen with all you might need. Furnished nicely. Will come back next time in St. Pete's Beach!
We were here to catch (obviously) the sunset. Although it was a cloudy evening we enjoyed the beach. Lots of room to setup an umbrella and chairs, or rent them. Also beach volleyball courts are available to the public. There are restaurants there as
We were on the hunt for a great breakfast spot right by the beach when in St Pete and we are glad we found the frog pond! We were greeted warmly by the host, seated immediately on a busy Saturday and our order was taken right away. Tyler was a great
A beautiful local St Pete Beach park right on Boca Ciega Bay. They often have live music and movie events to enjoy. You can bring your own food and drink or support the local firefighters by buying the inexpensive food and beverages at the events. Fa
I went at sundown on a relatively colder day (~55F), and the beach was great! Super fine, white sand and no seaweed or debris once you get past the beachhead/parking lot area. The parking lot is just a stones throw away from the whole beach. Not much
