Be sure to communicate ahead of time if you arrive outside of the lobby hours. Walking distance good. Pool towel check out from the lobby not provided in the room. Clean lots of space - large closet. I recommend.

What a great location! Billy is really helpful and knowledgeable here. He runs everything like clockwork. The apartment was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and two toilets (one as a bathroom). Loads of storage and nice balcony's. Laundry room located on ground floor. Facilities were excellent. The pool area was particularly lovely with the spa. Five min walk to numerous bars, restaurants and beachfront. Would definitely return.

This is a nice resort located walking distance to the beach. There are some restaurants in walking distance but the nicer places to eat are a little further. You can take the bus for $2 a person each way to pretty much most places. The pool and hot tub were nice and there were always pool chairs available. We met so many nice people. The resort didn't harass you after check in to try to sell you on a time share. I was happy about that because I am already happy with where I own. I highly recommend this place. We had a relaxing week. The one bedroom we had was a nice size. Great full kitchen. Wish our unit had a balcony but it wasn't bad at all without it. Plenty to see and do. Water taxi is within walking distance as well.

Our second year staying at Coconut Bay! The location is pretty great! Two blocks from the beach it is a quick walk for fun in the sand. Located between the Bonnet House and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park it is great to be in an oasis of nature in the middle of the city. Some neat local restaurants between the resort and the beach! It is so nice to have all the space in condo and relax for the week.

The resort was clean and the location is good - not too far from the beach (5 min max from by walk) , surrounded by good restaurant. The appliances were very convenient and working very well - the pool was ok and people are very friendly. They could have been a bot more generous with towels. It is not a luxury resort but it provided everything you need at good cost and more importantly its clean

The resort location is great. A few minute walk to the beach and restaurants! Short walk to the Water Taxi!||The staff is very friendly and helpful!||The resort is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The mattress in our unit was firm and very comfortable. The best I have slept on in many resort trips.||The pool and pool area was clean and very well maintained. Certainly enjoyed our pool days!

I would definitely stay here again. While it is not necessarily the swankiest place, its close proximity to the beach and a fully equipped kitchen make it a winner. The place is clean. Staff is friendly and has most of the amenities that you need to live here.

Our brand new truck got keyed. When we checked in was told they had several cameras. Don’t remember how many. |We go to front desk to look at cameras and was as told by rude manager Nixa “We don’t have manpower to look at cameras.” So don’t think cameras will help you. They won’t. They have no handicapped parking places. When we ask about it all she could say Is “ We been grandfathered in”. |We have been owners there for 30+ years. Pay $1000. plus a year for tax’s and maintenance. Joke is they are not maintained. Front door had been jimmed, frame had not been fixed, room needed to be painted, had water leaks on ceiling. Over all everything looked old and tired. Thin walls. Could hear the neighbors talking next door. |When we told Nixa we were going to give it a bad review she said thats ok I’ll just rebut it. |If you are considering buying there do not. Too much money for what you receive. |Had a nice pool and close to beach. Area walking to beach was a little sketchy.
