Let me start by saying I thought I was staying at a different hotel. Upon my arrival I saw there was a Waffle House in front of it so I really didn't expect much. The property was clean outside, when I went in the lobby it was also clean. It does need a little updating in the lobby but it was spotless. I was greeted by the same person who I had spoken to on the phone an hour before. His name was Kevin. He was very professional and polite. I can say I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life but I have never stayed in one or even been in one and saw ANYONE wiping the Bell Carts off or the counters, I was super impressed! My family has been in the hotel business since I was a teen, for over 40 years so I have seen a lot. I hung out in the lobby while Kevin was cleaning for at least 20 minutes! I really enjoyed talking to him, and am still really impressed at all the cleaning he was doing! I was there for a couple of days so I made sure I spoke to the manager and told him what a wonderful employee he had in him. I will most defiantly be going back. Room was spotless and big. If you are looking for the Crown Plaza this is not your place. If you are looking for nice clean friendly comfort I would recommend this place.

Hmmm..... I'm torn. The people and service are great! The price for the snooze and cruise is fair. The location is nice. Linda at the airport transportation is awesome! She is kind, patient, and remembered my name. The airport transportation is timely. They organized the cruise port transportation perfectly. The night manager at the hotel while busy, is kind and helpful. He stopped what he was working on to help me. I guess the pilot light on our water heater was out and he fixed it right away. On the other hand, the rooms while fairly clean, were definitely in need of full renovations. They are large and spacious though. I want to give the hotel a better review because the service and staff are great, but the rooms cannot get beyond 1 star. They just can't. They need full renovations is all I can say to keep the review somewhat brief. It's not ocean front, but we could view the ocean.

It's the best budget hotel in Cocoa Beach! ⛱ Don't trust the negative reviews. The rooms are nice and clean. The 5th floor has an amazing view! It's located close to the beach too. Finally, the people at reception are kind and helpful 😊 Will definitely come back here next time.

Staff was amazing. We stayed 2 different nights. 1st night our room was dirty and in need of lots of maintenance. 2nd stay a week later room was clean and in much better shape. The staff both nights were fantastic and very accommodating.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not stay here. I would have felt cleaner sleeping on the beach. The room has a very strong, stale smokey smell for a non smoking room. The view is of waffle house. Loud busy street below. Oh and let's not leave out that the floors are literally sticky..... the carpet is the same cleanliness as some of the carpet I ripped up remodeling a bar.... This place absolutely was not cleaned before we got there, no dusting in God knows how long, the sheets were flipped inside out and the ceiling has cracks and visible water spots. Do not stay here, I repeat do not stay here.

I don't understand the negative reviews on this hotel. I been coming to this hotel since 2017. I cruise at least 4 to 5 times out of the year and I always stay here.. No it's not a 5 star hotel...Yes it's dated, yes they change staff often, but it is very clean and the beds are comfy (To my liking). The staff is always been plesant and professional. Have not seen a roach in the hotel. Outside, hell yeah its Florida... Keep up the good work Cocoa Beach suites.

Positive: The room was spacious and had a good view.. Good to have microwave, refrigerator and sink. Staff nice and super helpful, especially the staff working Tuesday, March 26 day shift. She helped me get a document I needed. Thank you!! Waffle House is nearby. Negative: The room room was dated plus floor was damp and it had a musty smell needed a dehumidifier in the room. Bed bug vibes If I could give this room zero stars I would. Somebody recommended this hotel to us but as soon as we walked in the lobby we didn’t want to stay here. But everywhere else was booked up so we had to. The room smelled very stale and the carpet was dirty. We honestly thought we would get bed bugs. The bathroom was dirty. The shower didn’t work. You really do get what you pay for. It’s sticky and humid in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. We got out of here as soon as possible.
