Coco Sands Villas - Hotel in Cape Canaveral - 199 Tyler Ave, USA

We had just some difficulty with the check-in process.I didn't see one roach. Besides this , we only staye one night , it was nice though

Great view from the room, I got some laundry done, quick drive to the lighthouse and food. Jacuzzi was excellent. Would stay again!

Such a cute little place. Super close to the beach. We showed up about 20 mins early, but couldn't get in cause they didn't give us the code till the exact check in time. TV's were a little difficult at first cause we don't use Apple TV. But we were so happy to have soaps, beach and shower towels and laundry room. Would be nice if they had some kitchen condiments like salt and pepper, ketup, mayo ect. We fixed dinner so we had to go to the grocery store to get those items and then had to leave them cause we couldn't take them on the rest of the trip. But the place was clean, organized, and beautiful!

Cute little villa. Very homey. Great amenities and everything is so clean! Be careful though, think walls. I could hear someone's buzzing alarm go off next door. Other than that I will definitely be returning for another stay

Cute and quaint. Larger than expected. Wonderful atmosphere. Area to shower outside and beach items available. *Thin walls* (I could hear the man snoring in the next apartment during the night)

A wonderfully cozy villa just a few blocks from a nice beach area and many food locations. The owner was very kind and the rooms so clean.

It was super clean and retro-styled really cool. The only downside was the thin wall between the bedrooms you could hear your next-door neighbor snoring. With a little soundproofing this would be perfect.
