Coco Sands Cottages - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 1473 S Atlantic Ave, USA

Everything was exactly like it was promised! We had a marvelous weekend getaway! Highly recommend! We were in cottage #1. It was clean, comfy and enough room for us and both of our 4 legged babies!!

I really enjoyed the #7 cottage! 4 Night stay 11/2023. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We could see and hear a rocket launch🚀 from the beach! They had boogie boards so you don't have to rent them. I really liked the outdoor shower! It helped get the sand off our feet. The beds have a remote!! Very comfy! Both sunset and sunrise vistas😍. Overall, outstanding!

We are from Orlando and frequently come to Cocoa for long weekends. We had an excellent stay for our anniversary weekend. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews. First of all, this is a beachside cottage, not a luxury hotel. Most of the time is spent at the beach and the private beach access is amazing. It’s a very short walk. We stayed during the last weekend of spring break and Saint Patrick’s day and it was so quiet and relaxing compared to the large amounts of people by the pier. The room was very clean and comfortable with sunblock and beach towels available along with many nice bathroom towels. There is a storage area with beach chairs and beach toys. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to get away but not be around large crowds. There are also many good places to eat. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We had a good time in our 2 night stay. Private access to beach. There is a buffet of beach toys and boogie boards for guests so that was a huge hit. Everything else ppl say in the reviews are true. Most of the patio in the pictures belongs to a unit you can't access. This place is an apartment beside main road. They charge hefty cleaning fee. Once you know what to expect, it is a good stay.

We’ve had a very nice stay at Coco beach Cottages, the unit was well equipped with everything we needed! Small but cozy and nicely located to the beach. Parking was good and the information provided was on point and very clear! Check out at 10 am is a little early for us as we’ve been staying in many other places and their check out was at 11 am. I would’ve given a five star rating if the mattresses were comfortable! Unfortunately the mattresses in the unit were extremely soft which made us not sleep well! Other than that the stay was pretty decent!

I have so many great things to say about Coco Sands . The hospitality is amazing and welcoming. Rooms and cottage was very clean and welcoming. A home away from home and the views are amazing. Thank you Coco Sands for making our time wonderful and we will be back!

We spent two nights here prior to leaving for a cruise from Port Canaveral. We had also planned visits to the Kennedy Space Center and with friends in New Smyrna Beach. This made a perfect home base, though I could easily see it serving for much longer stays!||||Unit 3 has nearly everything needed to support a couple - I likened it to a tiny home, with a full kitchen, full bath, queen bed, and a comfy sitting area.||||Communications with the host were timely and helpful. The unit was clean and well-maintained. The unit has its own wifi router (not the fastest, but adequate for email and web surfing) and a large TV set up for streaming.||||We didn't take advantage of the unit's proximity to the beach, but definitely appreciated the location along the main southbound street, Orlando Avenue, which puts one only minutes away from shopping and restaurants.||||We loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for our next overnight visit to the Space Coast!

I fled hurricane Ian to the east coast of Florida from Clearwater only to find that the hurricane followed me. I checked in at 9pm and woke to find the storm from hell outside my door at Coco Sands. I originally booked 4 nights to wait out the storm. I had to flee to escape after 12 hours. I’m 73 with severe health problems that demand I have power to sleep. Do you think a reputable business might refund even half of my $914? I do, but they didn’t refund a penny. Stealing from old people! That’s what this business is all about. Don’t reward them by staying there.
