I have lived in Wooster for more than five years and I have never been here until I saw a post that they offer pizza, so I thought I try them out. I didn't know how they work, I appreciated that they took my CC this time because I didn't have cash on me. When we got home to make it, apparently the guy gave my husband directions on how to cook the pizza. Now they social media said you will either love it or hate it. I loved the pizza except, while following directions, the guy told my husband to pour the seasoning on top of the pizza which is fine, but it was way too much, I probably would have sprinkled it on and not used the whole thing. The directions also said to cook it for a certain time frame, it was way too much, it made the crust hard and practically burnt, I wouldn't have cooked it so long and so much, my husband said that he was just following directions and he didn't even cook it as long as it suggested, but overall, I would say beside those two things, I would be willing to try it again.
I get to travel all over the nation in my line of work and one thing I like to do when traveling to a new place, is get the best pizza the locals recommend. I’ve had so many good pizzas, a few greats, but nothing even close to a Coccia house pizza. The dough, the sauce, the ingredients, all top notch, and when put together, the best pizza on earth!
Side note: haven’t found a better salad either…
If u can get ur hands on a full baked pie it's still a little slice of heaven. The absolute best pizza I've had. Would love for the dining room to reopen, but they have a business model that they can sustain. Glad it's still here after all these years.
This pizza was so worth the 45 minute drive. Only disappointment was the dining room was closed. It was so delicious. So cheesy and the sauce was amazing!!! We will definitely go back for more.
Stopped by for a late night dinner. Pizza was great and staff was very friendly. Prices were fair and they offer free refills on soft drinks. They also serve crafty beers and good wines.
The setting and feel of the restaurant feels very warm and cozy. Definitely will be coming to eat in more often.
I love Coccia house so much. I've been going there ever since I was a kid and I look forward to it more every time that I go. The offerings that they have are incredibly unique and always delicious. If there's anything bad to say about Coccia it would be that they still don't take anything but cash (at least for takeout orders. it's been a long time since I've done dine in so I'm not sure) which is incredibly frustrating. I also understand the difficulty of finding help for service but they haven't offered dine in options since covid and only recently started doing actual takeout (they had been doing half baked pizzas through covid which was a decent solution to the covid problem.) Overall the food is fantastic and the staff is usually helpful for takeout items. Highly recommend
Great atmosphere. Clearly a favorite of the locals. Went for my son's birthday. A place he likes. He and my hubby loved the pizza. I did not. The crust on my pizza was hard and dry. Not appetizing. They had many other dishes in the menu. Next time, I'll try one of those.
Enjoyed an Excellent and delicious pizza this week! Good job Coccia House!
I live down the street from here and love it when we decide to go for pizza while these guys are open. Their pizza is phenomenal, and the owners are the sweetest. The handmade ice cream sandwiches are also amazing. This place is a true gem!
Very friendly and helpful baristas! Coffee and latte were awesome! And reasonably priced! Would highly recommend! Want to go again if I'm in the area!!
We stopped here while charging our EV in the area. Had some wraps from the counter that were really fresh! Great selection, attached to a coffee shop. Really friendly staff.
