The staff were excellent and were the highlight of the experience. The fitness center was "out of order" which was frustrating. I still give it five out of five stars because everyone was professional and courteous. My partner and I dined at the restaurant, which was shockingly reasonable in terms of cost. The food and drinks were very good.
We were helped by susan at the front desk, she was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was our first time at fair field so she gave us some recommendations about popular destinations. Rooms were good and breakfast was good too. Overall stay was amazing.
Would love to meet susan again so will stay at this hotel whenever we get a chance.

The staff and hotel are awesome! The young lady who checked us in and out could not be in a better suited position as she was was so nice it made me (a true curmudgeon) smile. I think the receipt said E Taylor, but as well as her being awesome, everyone was! Very clean and nice rooms and will go back again!
We had a wonderful time and will be back again! My hubby loved that you had "real eggs" on the free breakfast buffet. Our beds were comfortable and the room appeared to be clean as a pin. Convenient location and ample parking.

I had to stay for work. My room was very clean and the bed was made super nice. Bathroom was very clean and well lit.
Such a wonderful staff, our room was very clean, the restaurant was nice and the food good, and everyone was so friendly! Enjoyed the breakfast buffet also! It’s such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area of Arkansas! This is our second time to this area and if we are back this is where we will definitely stay!

Really cool place! Nice big pool that has depth from 2'-5'. Also a small splashpad type pool for real young kids. Grear food and drink choices onsite/connected with servers available. Beautiful mountain view on end of the pool. Cool place!!
