Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - De Pere/Green Bay - Hotel in De Pere - 499 Main Ave, USA

I booked a block here for my wedding and I was so happy and surprised when I was told I would be receiving a FREE King Suite for the night of my wedding! I just had to give them my credit card information to have on record in case of any damage or incidents (pretty standard). I arrived the night of my wedding and I checked in and the gentleman gave me my room key and told me that I would indeed receive the room for free. 3 days later I was charged for the room and the manager (Melissa) is telling me there is nothing she can do for me except for a 25% discount, because I don’t have record of them telling me the room was free. Of course I don’t have record, your employee told me over the phone. No, I don’t know who I talked to, I don’t write down everybody’s name that I talk to on the phone. I wasn’t even asked what kind of room I would want to stay in, they just gave me a king suite and charged me for it. I would just say be careful and keep any records if they offer you any deals. They may just be trying to bait you.

This is our 2nd stay. The people were terrific. We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch, but you need to work on the heat of the food. We ate almost warm and sometimes cold food on the breakfast buffet. It was not the servers falt but the equipment. She was a delight and tried her best to please us.

beds were comfy. my daughter really loved having her own bed from the pull out sofa in the double queen suite. really enjoyed the continental breakfast. bathroom sink wasn't really clean but I really didn't pay attention to it. they were nice to replace some pillows after having some stains on it. we will definitely be back

This hotel was great! Perfect for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. My son really enjoyed his pool time, and we had our little doodle dog with us and the 'pet rent' was so reasonable. The breakfast area was beautiful!! We enjoyed our time in De Pere. This hotel has lots of food options within walking distance too - not to mention a gorgeous restaurant with patio. I did end up leaving my air pods in my room and I called and spoke with Melissa who found them and took great care of getting them back to me. Thanks Cobblestone De Pere! We'll be back!

Appreciated the shower dispensers and getting to choose how often the room is cleaned, towels switched out, etc. Body lotion in a dispenser would have been great too, but not a big deal. Staff was kind and helpful! AC was very efficient and quick to cool down the room so we didn’t have to keep it on all the time:)

Everything was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff were accommodating. The free hot breakfast was very good and convenient. If and when lodging is needed in the future…we will be back. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

A fine clean hotel with an enjoyable staff. The staff is professional and will go out of their way to assist you. The only issue is the breakfest selection, preparation and quality. Might want to eat out. The surronding area is also pleasant with shops etc. making it a distination spot verses just a hotel to stay at.|Thanks for helping us have an enjoyable trip.

Best value for the money love the Brand, hot breakfast, pool, fitness room all for less then any other hotel!!! Cobblestone Hotel and Suite in Depire is the place to stay for Green Bay Wisconsin. King RM Double Queen's and even had some suites if you stay tell them Bobby said it was the best value and sign up for rewards and second stay you get points and like 15% off call them the will even walk you through it, they are down to earth and genuine people that care!!! | 💗😉💗
