Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Cullman - Hotel in Cullman - 1835 Main Ave SW, USA

When I booked this hotel - it was a bit overpriced for my taste. However, not knowing the area, I’m always concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel and will pay more for a peace of mind. This hotel did not disappoint. Free parking, free coffee, free breakfast for a team of 3. That’s half of the battle right there. Then, the room was spacious, bigger than shown in the photos and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was light, and fresh and delicious. Everything you want when you travel. I typically don’t stay at the same place more than once but I will make an exception for this one. The staff- dedicated to their work and friendly. My stay is for the long weekend but this is day one and I’m already 100% satisfied. Thank you for making my stay a comfortable and relaxing one.

Janet and Dean were very nice and helpful! The room was nice and the staff was kind. Even as I booked the room; Janet made me feel welcome. When I arrived she and Dean were just as welcoming in person. I will stay there on my next trip home. Thanks Ladies!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. We travel often with our adult softball team and our in-laws picked the perfect place to stay. Everything at this facility was top notch. It was extremely clean and appears to be a newer hotel. The air worked wonderfully which we were rather grateful for. Although we brought our own, they had facial soap, makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in our restroom. Guest laundry is also available if needed. We did take advantage of the breakfast which was perfect for my children. They had many choices such as sausage, cheese eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffles, French toast, cereal options, and more.

Absolutely amazing place to stay when you visit Cullman, AL. Beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect! It has a very nice bar and restaurant where you can enjoy an appetizer and a drink. Beautiful outdoor patio off the bar to relax. Nice indoor pool and the room was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast was spot on too. Definitely would stay again.

Everything and everyone was great! Our family got to experience some of that southern hospitality. Room was clean and beds were good. We did have an issue with our room at one point but the staff took care of it right away. I would have no problem staying again.

Worst customer service. I was supposed to get charged $90 for one night. My discount code was not working so I ended up getting charged $124. I checked out at 2 am for an 11 am flight and was told the manager would call me regarding this. I then got charged an extra $250. I called 5 times until manager Keith finally called me back, and was very rude. Informed me I booked for 3 nights and checked out at 10:52 am. I informed I booked 1 night and had an 11 am flight so no chance I checked out at 10:52. The manager insisted I send proof of my flight, which is insane but I did. He then informed me there was some issue and he would resolve it and refund me. I then got charged ANOTHER $250. That is $620 total for a $90 room. I had emailed manager Keith multiple times again and still no response. I finally got the 2 mistake charges refunded but never got the discount code taken from the original price and have not heard back at all after multiple attempts. This has been a horrible disaster. Staying here was not worth the stress and money loss.

The rooms were sparkling clean and super comfortable! Hotel staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities: great breakfast with lots of choices, work out room, coffee station, and a beautiful conference room for meetings! Great value, great stay! Would stay again 100%.

Traveling back from FL with my husband and two small kids. We ventured a bit off I65 to stay here hoping it was a nicer option than hotels closer to the interstate. And we were right! By far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at while traveling to/from vacation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious, etc. Highly recommend!
