The rooms are converted hotel rooms, so a little small. That being said, they are clean, well decorated, and more than adequate for a laid-back beach vacation. The pool was great. It was well maintained and always cleaned. Beach access was very convenient. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants. The 7-11 across the street is handy for ice and quick needs. Great family-friendly spot that won't break the vacation budget.
Would give zero stars if I could. Had a terrible experience on a recent stay. No onsite management and non-responsive management when we had an emergency at night. Room is in horrible condition in need of extensive remodeling. Other guests we spoke to also said their rooms were also gross and in terrible condition. No amenities included that were stated when booking. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.
This unit was very hard to access to begin with. After examining the room there were dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor and the bathroom overflowed when being used. The balcony seemed very unsteady that you didn't even want to sit out there. We could not stay there. We will never be returning to this establishment.
This disgusting unit should be taken out of service until it’s gutted to the studs and remodeled. We arrived to find the batteries dead in the door lock. No way to get in. Management didn’t respond. No staff on site. Looked up and saw there was a key hanging in the upper corner of the door frame. Anyone could have come into the room since there was an unsecured key on the door frame to the room . No shampoo, soap, paper towels. Almost no dishes. 3 drinking glasses, no dishwasher. Refrigerator with doors swinging the wrong way. The fact that there was no encasement on the mattress was shocking. That’s basic rental 101. Worst place I’ve ever been in
Positive: There is nothing that we liked about this "hotel" except it was beachfront. Without any front desk or staff, I do not feel that this should be under the category of "hotel". Negative: There is no front desk or any staff on location. Room 212 was the most outdated room. Everything was old and dingy, the cracked bathtub, the furniture, the fixtures. We left and never stayed the night. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Negative: ""
Management promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction! Great location on the beach, close to shopping and good digs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable." "
Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We’ll be back.
You get what you pay for I guess. The facility is very old. Our unit #305 was the worst room I've ever had on the beach. No A/C at all in the bedroom, w/ thin (almost see-through) shears at the balcony exposed to the sun, and a worn out oscillating fan. We had to keep the living area freezing just to cool the bedroom. And it's only May! The living area A/C is so loud you can barely hear the TV, and with dirty A/C filters (that I cleaned). Honestly, the cheapest furnishings and fixtures available. Exposed cables & chords everywhere, filthy coffee pot (which we washed), no coffee, couch was hard as a rock with no other chairs in the living area, plywood balcony deck, TV in bedroom did not work, food on window sill, broken cabinets, and only a half roll of toilet paper. However, the room was mostly clean and bug-free. Shown as "Ocean view" but you can barely see the ocean. We stayed here years ago in a different unit, and it was fine. I think it depends on the unit you're assigned, as I believe they're individually owned. We are lifelong Floridians, and this is our hometown beach of 60 years, only living 1-1/2 hrs. away. We've been staying in NSB for over 40 years for vacations, weekends, and overnighters. Never again Coastal Waters. Payed for two nights, but only stayed for one. We'll spend a few dollars more to stay somewhere comfortable.
If you are looking for an affordable and convenient location for your family vacation, you should check out Coastal Waters. The rooms provided just enough for our family stay - two beds, one bath, a kitchenette, and two tvs. The third floor site was overlooking the courtyard and pool area, which was very family-friendly, safe, and conveniently within earshot and eyesight. The beach is literally a stone’s throw away from our front door and is easily accessed from the back of the property. The beach features a firm sand which allows vehicles to drive along the shore and park for your afternoon ventures. The site location is also near a taco and ice cream stand (Izzy’s) and 7-Eleven. It’s just a five minute drive from the local Publix. You can walk up and down the beach to verious tiki bars and the New Smyrna village is just a few minutes away if you like something a little bit more bustling. The grounds were kept clean by the location attendant (Scott) when we needed replacement towels or bedding, they obliged very quickly. Coastal Waters/Ocean View Condos are a relaxed and unhurried stay at a wonderful location.

This is an amazing eclectic boutique hotel. I would stay here over a Hilton any day. It feels like home, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and a Chef personally makes breakfast for the guest each morning. Do yourself a favor and visit this prop

Keith was a phenomenal instructor. Had awesome communication throughout and was super accommodating with my schedule. I had a trip coming up that I wanted to go diving on and he helped me get certified in time for it. His teaching was very thorough.
So delicious! The beignets were pillowy pockets, hot, fresh and covered in powdered sugar. The waffles were fluffy and great flavor. Everyone enjoyed their meal and itâs a great local atmosphere!
I took my husband to the Night Swan B&B for a surprise birthday present this past weekend. It was amazing! We had visited the B&B about 20 years ago for our 1st anniversary and it was everything we remembered. The hosts, David and Natalie, are amazin
