We fell in love with this hotel the minute we walked in with a hearty welcome from Cyrus at the front desk who gave us the rundown. Upon hearing we were there celebrating our anniversary he asked if we’d like a glass of champagne which we took him up on. He mentioned they hold a sangria hour at 4pm, and happy hour at 5pm to 7pm. The rooftop pool is heated year round and opens up to the breeze outside with lounge chairs to sun on. The rooms are nice, bed super comfortable. Bar is outstanding with John the bartender tops at making our favorites. Staff is the best I’ve had in hotel - the super nice social media coordinator who took our photo, bar and restaurant manager who became an eagles fan, front desk crew, even cleaning crew. Location is perfect. Restaurant was outstanding for breakfast- Spanish omelette to die for. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back.

The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and had a great location. But the customer service was outstanding, something rare lately. I had a positive interaction with several employees, but Cyrus greeted us at the desk with the attitude that he was glad we were there and hoped he could provide us with a pleasant visit. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations and even though we arrived 4 hours before check-in, we were offered every assistance until our room was ready. This staff was really well-trained in hospitality. Thanks!

Family of 4 stayed for 4 nights for our first visit to Rehoboth Beach. As Hilton Diamond members, we were drawn to Coast for its affiliation with Hilton. We had such a fantastic experience and highly recommended this property to anyone visiting the area. Super clean and updated throughout. Rooms were spacious and very modern. Excellent customer service from everyone we encountered - Nicola, Cyrus, and Patrick at the front desk all were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Elisabeth at breakfast was very friendly, super cheerful, and attentive to everything. Food selection was also quite impressive. I did not catch the name of the gentleman working in maintenance but we saw him on multiple occasions during our stay and he greeted us with a friendly hello each time. Parking is free and there are two levels for guests, but the spaces are extremely tight and it is difficult to park anything other than small vehicles. The location of the hotel is fantastic... only a couple blocks to the beach and right on the main street with many shops and restaurants. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future to visit again.

I stayed here successfully in off season in April. It was a great stay and I really enjoyed Sirocco Food & Drink for breakfast it was so good! My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop deck to people watch. I tried to stay here again in August during on season for a short trip and booked through a third party(Priceline). While the stay did not work out due to a maintenance issue, the management and staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I truly appreciate management going the extra mile in relocating me and making sure I felt satisfied about the resolution. I work in customer service, it is not an easy job and I truly appreciate it. Please keep up your continued excellence. As I've always believed, failure does not define you it is how you react to it.

Had the best experience. Patrick saved us last minute when we were locked out of the sister hotel. He went above and beyond at 10:30pm to make sure we had a place to stay. And honored our rate from the other hotel. We were able to get a much nicer and comfortable room. He made sure we were accommodated in order to enjoy our vacation. We are grateful for his top notch customer service and will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service! We received champagne and strawberries for our anniversary. Brezona, Cyrus and Elisabeth were amazing. Great stay. Pool deck is beautiful! Breakfast is delicious. Recommended the Greek omelette! Love this hotel .

Recently we booked three-night mini vacation to celebrate a special birthday. Me and my partner were extremely pleased with the overall service. The team at the cost all are very special. The folks mentioned have gone above and beyond to make a special occasion even more special. || Nicki - Front Desk - It was Truley a pleasure to interact with Nicki. You could tell she was very Sincere in wanting you to enjoy your stay. She was instrumental in ensuring the smallest details, special request as well as ensuring various special deliveries arrived at our room. She is truly a gem. || Mike Miller - Bar - Every morning, we would visit Mr. Miller who greeted us with various suggestions for the day. This might consist of were to discover a great meal off the beaten path. Maybe a suggestion of a special cocktail which had a summer /beach feel. As well as a warm smile that greeted us back from a day on the boardwalk. || Joseph - Housekeeping - What can I say, Joseph always had a smile when we would see him in the morning. Joseph was always eager to take care of any request we might have. || I know I have probably forgotten someone along the way. Spacious room with modern bathroom and decor. Our room was clean on arrival and the staff was very outgoing and helpful. We stayed in a King room hearing accessible. It was literally the last and only room available for our stay, so I was concerned, but it was very nice and included a sitting area with a sofa and a chair.
