Coast Inn - Motel in Oceanside - 921 N Coast Hwy, USA

Most recent stay. Nasty! No respect from the manger Raj. Rooms have fleas flesh eating fleas. Room are filled with disease. Not a safe room. Not in a safe location Worst hotel on the block. I can't believe this place hasn't been inspected and demolished. Raj is very spaced out. Communicating with him I can tell he is a sneaky individual.

I stayed for the whole month of July 2024, and I read the reviews from a few different sources. I can see some of their phone and why they gave the review they gave. This is my take... The manager is more than nice and kind and friendly and so so giving to many organisations that ask for hotel stays for people who are going through enough in life and have a real need to get off the streets or away from am abusive person. This place isn't a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. Back when it was built it was and today people have expectations that are available at a different type of hotel. And because this place is older and needs a few things to bring it up to date people want to complain and say negative things about the staff and the hotel it's self... When really it has everything you need and should want in a budget friendly room close to the beach with free parking. So not going to say anything about this hotel other than... Thank you to the managers who rim s great hotel and thank you to the staff and a huge thank you for your kindness not just to me but to all that you serve. It was a blessing for me to be able to stay with you and I'm forever greatful for your kindness. Your hotel has everything one needs for a quick overnight, and for those of us needing to stay a bit longer. You made me feel like I was safe and that I can make it out of what I am going through. This is a hidden gem. Not a 5 star hotel. Friendly staff and small rooms that need to be remodeled. I had a scary paranormal experience. There was something making noise in my room at 12 am. My grocery bags were moving by themselves. I was terrified.

Hidden gem! The owners are so wonderful to work with and the rooms are very comfortable and affordable. Great beds and great price! Highly recommend!

Well since I've lived in Oceanside all my and believe me the coast in used to be the one will tell you really don't want to rent from but today wow also I believe it's because my friend buddy has been remodeling inside for about the last year what a difference of facelift can make all the sheets are crisp and clean is character in the rooms specially on the back end where there's different floor plans depending on your needs. Thats buddy keep up the good work Buddy.Coast Inn gets a 5star rating😄😄😉

Super conveniently placed near downtown, really nice/helpful guy at the front, it’s my go to spot in the area. It’s always the best priced hotel around there and the rooms feel really big and are clean. I usually stay for like a week at a time so I like feeling like I have space to spread out. 10/10

The people that own this hotel are super sweet! I stayed here for a while and I was always impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness! The location is incredible. Parking always available. It’s safe and well lit! The beds are comfortable and the towels are always clean! I even have a view of the ocean from our bathroom and the sun set through our window! I highly recommend staying here! Home away from home!

Coast Inn What a blessed experience I had staying at the Coast Inn in Oceanside. When I arrived they weren't finished cleaning my room yet. And I waited outside the room for the kindest most excellent maid with a good attitude to finish my room. The maid was very good. And a very sweet lady. I had arrangements for 3 people to stay and I asked for two beds. They not only gave me two beds but two rooms, and that for the same price, which was the lowest priced hotel in the area. But then it was night and I and my guest got cold. There was a heater that worked intermittently, but there was no knob to control it. When I went to the front desk to ask about a heater I was told none of the rooms have heat, and to wait 30 minutes. I thought perhaps they'd bring in a heater. But no go. I and my guest decided to leave and stay at another hotel. After that I was also told there would be no refund and I don't pay to have a heater in my room.
