The food was good, but it didn't quite reach the level of the best Korean cuisine I've experienced. The flavors were enjoyable, and the dishes were well-prepared, but there was room for improvement in terms of authenticity and depth of flavor. The ambiance and service, however, were excellent, making it a pleasant dining experience overall.

This is like a Korean food court system where there is a one place where you can order anything you want from any restaurant out of 10 restaurants including some traditional Korean food as well as fusion modern trendy food and dessert. The rice drink from 3456 (numbers of the black stripes in Korean flag) is like Slush version of 식혜. Croffle is a huge trendy dessert in Korea which is a waffle made of croissants. We got kimbuger (hamburger, fried egg, cabbage salad, with kimchi), mini buger, Korean toast sandwich, blueberry croffle, and matcha bingo (shaved ice). Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back to try other menus!

Many selection to choose from. Can’t say we made the best choices. The Galbi burger and the sweet and spicy chicken (dip on the side) were decent. The spicy gomtang ramen and the army stew ramen were bland. It wasn’t flavorful and missing “spicy” in gomtang ramen.

Second time I've been here. Wasn't super impressed the first time, but I thought I'd give it a second chance. Went with (Seoul Food) and chose the Army Ramen at $15. As you can see, it is cheap hot dogs and beans. The flavor also lacks luster. Overall, I'm disappointed.

I love the idea of Coark. There are ten restaurants, all serving different Korean or Korean-inspired food. The ordering system is centralized, and you pick up the different pieces of your order when they display your number on the screen. No having to pick one restaurant to go to, no waiters, just food. The fried chicken from Seoul Food was bomb. They were juicy, but just a tinge under cooked. The Army Stew Ramen though... for $14, I expected more. More ramen, more spam, more sausage, some cheese and maybe mushrooms and kimchi? I've added more toppings to my bowl of Shin Ramen at home. Momo Bing's shaved ice/bingsu was also so-so. They nailed the shaved ice. It was creamy and not icy like a lot of places. The texture was great and it was not too sweet. However, the small mango chunks that accompanied the ice were sour. Are mangoes not in season in August/September? If not, please consider removing the mangoes until they are in season!

Super cool Korean concept food hall ! 10 different restaurants inside. You order everything at the front (can order from multiple spots) and then you watch a screen and pick up as it’s ready from the different places. Loved the galbi beef kimchi tacos ! The fried tofu pockets were also divine : beef, pork, and fried kimchi is what I had (you can mix/match).

Love the variety of food here. I was a bit confused by the ordering system using the QR codes but ordering from the counter was super easy. Make your way to the back to try authentic Korean coffees and teas. I had a half and half cinnamon and regular rice slush which was so refreshing with the spicy dish I ordered. My husband tried the Coix latte and it had a very interesting flavor. The food we had was delicious. We did the fried tofu sampler, kimchi stew and a poke bowl. Everything was tasty and the only one that took a bit was the fried tofu but it made sense that it would. Definitely have recommend this place multiple times and will be back!

Fun way to try different Korean food. As this is a food hall style restaurant, there are multiple restaurants within 1 building, so there is some variety in what’s on offer. My dad and I shared a serving and f steamed meat dumplings and a bulgogi bowl. Both were yummy. The vegetables in the bowl were boring and would be better sautéd or stir fried, but the beef was well seasoned. Will come again and try something different.

Great experience! This is the best Jiu-Jitsu academy in Colorado for sure. Myself and my son train there for over a year now and I cannot thank enough for all benefits we got from BJJ. Professor Robert is both a great person and professional.
