We were treated very nicely during our visit. I can say that I appreciate the attentiveness from the lovely lady who helped us. I ordered three small dishes together and my friend ordered the vegan chicken wings. Well done and pleasantly presented! I'll come back for sure but hopefully for the vegan wings and a new dish to try.

My wife and I decided to visit Coal House Grill for Date Night. We chose this restaurant over others because they require reservations. The atmosphere was clean and inviting although I thought the restaurant was bigger. Lucky for us, there was only one other table occupied. Coal House Grill's quotes were heartfelt. All employees wore masks and they asked takeout customers to wait in the back of the restaurant or outside until their order was ready. As for my oxtail meal, I enjoyed it. My wife ordered the fried chicken and felt it lacked seasoning. Note: If you're looking for an alcoholic drink menu, you won't find much. The only drink option is a Bulldog Punch. (Colorado Bulldog drink to be exact) We thought it tasted OK. I'd recommend the owners prep a drink that looks just as good as it tastes. The Colorado Bulldog isn't attractive in our opinion. Other than that, I'd recommend my friend's and family to eat at Coal House Grill.

Decently located with parking availability On Thursday, September 21st around noon, I ordered from the quick order section. Very basic fried chicken. The order took roughly 20 minutes ( not quick). Food: The chicken was huge and drumsticks cut up in pieces; to be exact (not cool). The rice was gungo peas, with no flavor of coconut milk, and was mushy. I honestly did not eat it. The chicken flavor was unique in taste; not breaded. I asked for hot pepper sauce and was given buffalo sauce! Smh! Last but not least their beef patties are pretty good. 4/10 overall based on the experience.

Consistently excellent. Normally when I go to a Jamaican restaurants I'm ready to fight because the person behind the counter always has a bad attitude but here...the gentleman was kind, courteous and patient while I did the "can i get uhhhhh ummmmm" looking at the menu. I ordered 3 days in a row at different times to ensure it wasn't a fluke. The jerk chicken and pork were Consistently, flavorful, juicy and tender. I had to go into rehab to detox because $30 a day isn't sustainable. Was going to go today but they seem to be closed on Mondays. Can't wait to go back. I'm happy they car to our community.

Food is delicious, shop front is regular, but staff is fantastic... Updating my review last 3 times I've called phone etiquette has been subpar. Called at 5:30p and got the we have wings and then called back we have no wings. Do you want business or not? Young man picking up phones sounds like he could care less.

My family and I are obsessed with this restaurant! Their vegan drumsticks are otherworldly, better than any we've tried, and we've tried quite a lot. Whether you live close by or miles away, this is a place definitely worth visiting. Everything on their menu is made fresh and full of flavor. This is also a great spot for a casual date night too.

Went tonthis place on a whim. Walked in decor was clean and inviting. Bathroom clean and stocked. Service was fantastic. Then the food came. I had oxtail. It was amazing. Very rich in flavors and satisfying. I will be back with friends and family. If you're thinking about it make sure you stop in.
