CMIT Solutions - Computer support and services in Atlanta - 5 Concourse Pkwy Suite 3000, USA

Can NOT say enough positive things about CMIT Solutions and Gary Davis! My 80 year old parents (I was terrified that they would be taken advantage of) took a Dell laptop to BestBuy to have a battery changed and BestBuy told them they could not do it bc they were NOT "Dell Certified'. So today, I Googled "Dell Certified" and found CMIT Solutions located near my parents. Their website stated that their target clientele were small to medium businesses, but I told my parents to go ahead and call and CMIT Solutions actually sent a person out to my parents' home. This wonderful technician (very knowledgeable), Mr. Davis, actually explained everything to my parents and was EXTREMELY reasonable with the charges, especially, since he came to their home and worked for 1 1/2 hours on the laptop. Will DEFINITELY use this company again and have zero reservations referring them to my friends and family
