Our office had a crash on our NAS which contained all of our graphic design files for our clients. I called Jeff and within 2 hours he was out there taking a look at our hardware issues and got his team to sync our computers with our backups so we could continue working as normal. This was a way better experience than our last IT guys whom did not have our backups running correctly and caused us to loose countless files over time. Jeff's team at CMIT even had our newest files copied and ready to access instantly after our crash. We highly recommend the speed and efficiency of CMIT.

Jeff Floyd of CMIT Solutions is a foremost computer wizard,, bar none. He's helped me various ways, from over the phone by remoting in, to even coming to my house while I was on vacation, taking my PC (a Windows 10 machine) to his office to fix some internal issues, and re-turning it to my house prior to my return! I am not embarrassed to say we have used Jeff and CMIT Solution of Round Rock for quite a few projects. Jeff was able to resurrect a dust filled dinosaur and remove pages of malware to help us reclaim this piece of office equipment. He helped us purchase a new desktop to replace a relic and even installed it, connected it to our network, and removed all the *free* software it comes with to make sure it would fit our needs perfectly. Jeff was able to get us set up on our own domain email addresses that we had been paying for for YEARS and we unsure of how to get those going. He even helped us with some connectivity issues we were having and couldn't figure out ourselves. If you have any issues- give Jeff and his team at CMIT solutions a call. They will get you fixed right up.
As you can see from all of their reviews, CMIT Solutions of Round Rock is phenomenal and easy to work with. I am always able to reach and speak to someone, usually Jeff, and he is very fast to help with our IT issues. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing at a fair price. Tough to find most of the time this day in age. I would suggest using them to anyone for personal or business assistance. They have always helped me with both.
Jeff has been our IT guy for years. I'm always supprised he is so cheerful when I call. He maintains our internet security at the office, makes sure our employees remain focused during the work day, and even does hardware repair on our aging systems. When we needed to upgrade our internet and our phones- he was on site to help answer questions we didn't know the answers to. If you need IT help, choose CMIT. At my office I have to run several programs at the same time and it was causing my computer to move like molasses. I was about to take it out back and go "Office Space" on it when I met Jeff from CMIT at a Round Rock Chamber of Commerce event. Jeff was able to come over right away and help me out. After giving it a much needed tune up, he suggested that I up the RAM from 2G to 8G to really get the most out of it. He quoted me for doing the job and he also sent me all the information I needed to order the right products to do it myself if I felt up to it. I'm still amazed at the difference that a tune up and added memory has made!
