I've had the privilege to work with CMIT for three years. They were my third Managed IT company I had worked with and they deserve 5+ stars! Having 24/7 remote access for assistance has been invaluable and if a project requires on-site services the pricing is very fair. Their attention to detail is spot on and customer service is excellent! All the things you need when trying to run a business and clients must be served with as few delays as possible. They're definitely worth speaking with and getting a bid from them. You won't be disappointed.

I found the technician that did my cyber security review extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. So many times smart tech people talk "down" to us less versed in technology or belittle us when we have done something wrong. He did not, not at all. He was supportive, listened to my needs, and explained things until I understood. I felt very confident and accomplished when he finished. I will use CMIT Solutions of West Omaha again!

CMIT Solutions was a terrific option for us. Through an annual service agreement with MicroSoft, we had been trying to get an issue on one of our computers solved for days. We'd worked with 5 different technicians at Microsoft, and they finally gave up (not kidding)! One of our people knew the owner of CMIT Solutions - so we gave them a call. I used CMIT services for over a year and have happily moved on to a better organization. I'm now receiving better quality surveillance elsewhere and for 1/3 of the price CMIT charges. Puja and team are lacking in communication and charge for every little question even though the contract is supposed to cover needs under a certain time spent. We had to start keeping track of the time spent on service calls because they would often bill it as a longer time or charge for items that are supposed to be covered in the monthly fee. The last and final issue which was the last straw for me, was sending a new tech to do a simple computer set up which took him 3 hours. He had to keep calling the main office for support and left with the job not completed. Why should clients have to pay for her using us for on-the-job training and then charging full cost for them blubbering around trying to figure it out? At the time of cancelation, I provided a 45 day notice which was received and processed with no mention of additional fees. The contract also makes no mention of cancelation or off-boarding fees. Now CMIT is billing me for an "off-boarding" fee because the owner says the time they take to cancel my account is considered a support ticket - what a joke! Steer clear of CMIT - there are other outfits that are also local and offer better cyber protection at a better price.

CMIT Solutions is an outstanding technology service organization. The company is well managed and has excellent technical personnel. If quality, price and customer service are important, this is the right company for you.
