We use this park as our last stop before landing at our resort in the RGV. We’ve stopped here for just one night for several years. We stay here because the sites are wide, the people friendly, and the park extremely clean. This will, unfortunately, be our last year to stop because the giant jump to $70.00 for one night is ridiculous! We talked to some campers who agreed! It’s the best park in the area so did the rate need to jump to this outlandish amount?? We think not!
Nice park with friendly staff. The reason I didn't rate higher is because it's not really big rig friendly. I have a 45ft 5th wheel pulled by a Ram 3500. I could not get my rig around the end of the row because the corners are too tight. I had to back my rig down the entire row to position my rig to leave the park.
Hidden gem of an RV Resort. The sites are spacious and offer beautiful views of the sunset in the sky. The back bathhouse area was always kept spotless and smelled clean every time we went back there. We preferred that one over the front since the pool table was there. The couple that cleans the back area is one of the managing couples, and they were always willing to go above and beyond for the guests. The pool was drained while we were there, so it could be worked on, which shows the care and dedication the owners have for the resort, so I can't say what behavior is accepted at it. The road noise was a bit much, especially at night and when we asked what could be used as a buffer (we are both very light sleepers), the lady in the office was extremely rude to my husband and proceeded to speak with him in Spanish and ignore me entirely. We will be back, as this is a convenient location for us to stop on our way from one job to the next for a week or two but I couldn't give 5 stars due to the interaction we had with the other couple and their rudeness. But shout out to the other managing couple that cleans the back and keeps the dog spa tidy and smelling fresh.
Place is very clean and neatly Maintenance. Club house's and facilities like showers, bathrooms, laundry are very well kept.
Cons
Wi fi sucks management says it's all the college students. But if you can't use it do to to low of speed how are they able too?
Also lots of screws and weld rods on the driveways. Be on the lookout for flat tires!
They have a well rehearsed book of why they can't do anything about it.
So sad the last few reviews were so anonymous. The management was recently replaced by the owners and it appears they are trying to disparage the new staff who they never met. I have lived here for two years and the new staff is a breath of fresh air. Many permanent members here have stated that the old management had become lazy and combative with guests.
I have met the owners on many occasions and some of the nicest people around. I don't understand where they get off calling them racist. I suggest the owners look into legal action for their petty attempt to discredit them.
The current situation is that things are moving ahead here in a very positive direction. The new management here has hit the ground running. They are very friendly and actually enjoy meeting new guests. They are upgrading the pool, the clubhouse, and have even bigger plans for the guests in the future.
I guess this goes to show you that disgruntled former employees can try to ruin a reputation but when good people see it, they stand up and call it out.
Very nice rv park. Clean. Spacious sites. Clean restrooms and laundry. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. We stayed a week. Close to town.
Extremely rude staff. Lots of alcohol in the clubhouse and pool. Older heavy weight man being gross to people at the pool. We came to swim not listen to him speak so nasty. He was extremely drunk and in the front row. Made us all uncomfortable.
We’ve stayed here several times over the last few years. Always great customer service, super clean park, very nice and level pads, perfect amenities and very welcoming. This particular time, May 2023, we were down for my daughter’s graduation and as soon as we pulled in the front gate our truck died. Immediately they offered help. They tried to give us a jump and when that failed they towed our RV to its site and towed our truck to the empty pad next to our RV so the mechanic could work on it when he came. They went above and beyond without hesitation! Truly a great place to stay but the owners and staff make it awesome! Definitely worth a 10 star rating!

We were supposed to have a beach day, but our rental car broke. So we walked to Los Hermanos Flores Park to the splash pad so the kids could have a bit of fun.
What a great park! The kids enjoyed the splash pad emensely.
This restaurant has some of the most flavorful fajita plates in town. Hands down best cheese enchiladas. Every time I try a different menu item, I'm never disappointed. I've had several friends say they weren't aware it was an actual restaurant, jus
