CM Chicken & Boba(CM Chicken/CM 치킨 버논힐) - Restaurant in Vernon Hills - 1270 S Milwaukee Ave, USA

Food was phenomenal, fair prices, staff was very friendly and helpful, great vibes. Definitely coming back to try out other menu items.

We came in to get some boba drinks! I was kinda disappointed on the flavor of my Mango Fruit Tea drink with jelly! It tasted more like cold brewed tea, didn’t have any mango flavor at all!

While the food here is pretty tasty, your experience gets chipped away at by a lot of minor things. The server rushes you to get food and drink within a minute of seating, the table is wobbly, the sauces came out a bit watery, and the menu is an eyesore. Either take the gloves offered by the server or bring your own wet naps because the napkins are very cheap. Definitely get the mep snow chicken wings and the corn cheese fries, those were delicious. The boba and snow onion wings, not as enticing.

Stopped at this CM location since it was closer to home and saw that they have bubble tea too. The drinks were good and snow onion chicken was delicious.

My coworkers and I decided to come to CM chicken and boba after work. First impression is of very modern decor, welcoming staff. The staff was very friendly. She was helping us to choose the order and drink. Food was delicious and tasty. Everything was perfect for a day after work with family and friends. Very happy and will come back again!

Not a positive experience here whatsoever. We ordered 4 meals and an appetizer. NOTHING came out together. In fact, 2 meals came out before the appetizer. About 20 minutes later, someone stopped at our table questioning if we were waiting for anything. He came back somewhat soon after with the appetizer. Then we eventually got our food. Not sure why there are robots when you also have servers.... also, the call button gets someone to your table 50% or the time. The table next to us ordered 4 sides of rice along with their chicken. After the chicken and 1 side or rice came out, they were told it was going to be another 20 minutes for the remaining 3 sides of rice. What a mess! While half of the food was decent, most of us didn't feel well afterwards.

I had ordered from here a couple of times before but this was my first time coming into the actual store. It's very open and friendly, they even have a nice patio section next to a fountain. The staff is extremely friendly and they even have a robot delivery the food to your table. This time we ordered the honey garlic and curry snow chicken. I tend to go with the tenders rather than del with bones, but you can't go wrong with any option depending on your preference. The chicken is cooked fresh and is delicious, be warned most items have a bit of a kick, so if spicy food is not your thing just try their cheese monster chicken (it's also delicious). The fries are also a good way to help break up the spice if you need it. We.also tried the fried seaweed rolls with japchae and they were a great way to start the meal. Absolutely 10/10 restaurant, can't wait to come back again.

Great patio to enjoy eating outdoors. Friendly staff, though we sometimes had to wait a long time to ask for something. It was hard to flag them down, which is disappointing since there were only 2 other occupied tables besides ours. Food was good, not amazing.
