It wouldn't be famous if it didn't have great food! Love the burgers... The bigger and juicier the better. Super fun with the car hops bringing the food out. They were very busy and the wait was longer than normal, but not an issue at all. Clearly, they were slammed. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Great place to stop and have a fun, delicious meal while staying or passing through.

Clyde's is a traditional Drive-In restaurant. The service was quick, considering they were very busy. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was good tasting. The restrooms are clean for as busy as they were. There is plenty of parking around the building, including space for cars with trailers. I definitely recommend this as a stop if you are going through the UP.

Clyde’s drive in was a great experience and atmosphere. Food tasted like any other American drive-in which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Our waitress gave my dog a plate of treats and was very friendly. I had the big C Bison Burger which was monstrous. There was a ridiculous amount of sauces (mainly it was drowned in relish) on the burger that caused it to completely fall apart and made it a nightmare to eat in my car. Side of onion rings were top notch and so was the strawberry shake. French fries weren’t crispy but more flabby Overall I would come here again but maybe ask for less sauce on the burger and stick to just onion rings.

The service is amazing! The food took a while to come out but rightfully so, there was a van full of people next go us and the waitress had to make multiple trips. We brought our dog and the waitress brought him his own food dish full of treats! The food is normal American food. Nothing crazy, nothing special. Nothing was wrong with the food, it’s just basic drive in food. We ordered: Big C bison burger 3/4th burger: cooked really well, just a little overwhelming with toppings and was difficult to eat in the car because the bun fell apart (4/5) Onion Rings: phenomenal, the best! (5/5) Strawberry shake: delicious, soooo good (5/5) Chicken tender basket (comes with fries): normal chicken tenders, they were good, fries could’ve been crispier but overall things were fine (4/5) Would go here again just for the shakes or to try something new!

Seems to be pretty overrated. We had a decent wait, but pretty sure it came out quicker than quoted. Biggest disappointment was a severe lack of seasoning. The chicken sandwich tasted like bland, unseasoned chicken, and mayo. The olive burger was decent, but also seemed to really lack seasoning. All of the flavor, that was there, came from the toppings. All in all, pretty meh.

The food is not very good. We ordered our food to go. 2 Double Olive Burgers, 2 fries & 2 chicken tender baskets. The Olive burgers came with only cheese and about 10 slices of green olives, no other condiments. I was never asked what I wanted on the burgers. I guess it is probably my fault for not asking what comes on their olive burgers. Living in the state that invented olive burgers and eating countless olive burgers in my time, I can honestly say that I've never had one that didn't come with olives, mayo, tomato & lettuce. Luckily, we had some extra condiments in the glove box. The meat was not seasoned very much and was very bland. The chicken tenders were not very good, and they were not chicken tenders either. They were made of processed chicken, that had a very sponge consistency. I understand the nostalgia of a drive-in, unfortunately the food did not live up to the hype.

Amazing, delicious food! I often joke with my family that it’s good we don’t live around here because we’d all gain too much weight. It’s absolutely scrumptious and we occasionally cross the Mackinac bridge just to come here. The people who work here are great!

For 5 of us to eat it ended being $97. The bill total isn't the reason for the 1 star nor is us waiting over 30-40 minutes. The food prices were fair and expected (although food from the deep freezer shouldn't cost that much) and it was busy with only 2 waitresses so that's understandable. However, we were NOT informed that any order over $75 the gratuity was going to be added to the total. Which is understandable but customers should probably be made aware of that from the wait staff instead of relying on a 8x11 sheet a paper with tiny font size that is placed next to a door that people are not going to see since the cannot enter the building. Also, it would have been nice to be asked which size drinks we wanted or what size side we wanted instead of assuming what we wanted since there are multiple sizes and they all cost different. When asked for a receipt we got an attitude and was given a post-it like note with our total on it. Itemized would have been nice. I want to know exactly what I'm being charged for since for all I know you give me a small but charge me for a medium and give me a 1/2 order of rings but charge me for a full (which what I think was done). Also, how much did we just tip for no sorry your food took so long or that I got your drinks wrong then gave an attitude when asked why it was so much and if we could have a receipt. Maybe we wanted to split the bill and needed to figure out who owed what. Very disappointing since every time I've been up to St. Ignace I've wanted to eat here.

I know it's a touristy place but I was a tourist so... We picked up some hilarious T-shirts for gifts and stickers. We walked out back and up to the roof to take full advantage of their phenomenal view of the bridge. The staff was also very friendly.

This park seemed unappreciated. We saw no other cars in the parking lot when we came and left. Walking about 15 or less you get to some great views of the Mackinaw bridge thru the trees.

Service was unbelievably fast, food came within a few minutes of the drinks. The burger and prime rib sandwiches were very flavorful, the chicken sandwich was moist and tasty. No malt power, but a total thumbs up experience!
