Mark and Diana were awesome. I went for a consultation with a personal trainer. I was told that I needed to be a member to do it. I pushed back and obviously met with the person trainer. I'm happy with what was presented to me. I wish that people would push back for what they want firmly not angrily.

Been here for a few months now & definitely satisfied. It’s very hard (in Mississippi) to find gyms that keep calisthenic athletes in mind & this gym has access to that without an outrageous price. Tried the other Club4’s out but there bar layout really limits training potential. Lake Harbour delivers. & for the negative comments about the equipment I rarely see equipment down for long periods of time. Worked in gyms before & been to many gyms out of state. It’s just something that happens over time but they are usually quick to fix whatever issue. Whatever your style of training is I think this gym is the best bang for your buck & for the calisthenic athletes this gym beats all in the area.

Love the staff, very nice and will gladly answer any questions i have ,tons of equipment (bout anything i could Ever want) hours are also good. Also everything is very clean! the ONLY thing i dont really love is the bright lighting ,just seems a little harsh but nothing too bad. Still a 5 star gym imo

I’m moving out of Ridgeland and instead of completely canceling my gym membership I decided I wanted to just go down to step. Just to find out it cost 40$! I know this gym is money hungry but why would it cost 40$ just for me to downgrade??? That makes no sense you’re still getting my money either way. With that note I think I’ll just cancel.

Staff members are much more friendly than those working at the Flowood location. Great amenities, good variety of classes, and the pool is awesome... big slide and a rock climbing wall!!

This gym is great as far as atmosphere BUT when it comes to the business side I am highly disappointed. I joined this gym A little over a year ago. I was on a great roll up until April then BOOM! Everything was turned upside down when one of my payments didn’t go through because I totally forgot about the annual fee. There way no reminder or anything so I totally forgot to upload more funds on my account I use to pay. I would make a long story short but I won’t. My account was ran 3 times for the $2.99 transaction fee, 35.99 monthly fee, and the 49.99 annual fee. This gym hit me with 3+ NSF fees of $20 back to back! I went by the gym and was told the fees would be waived but I didn’t have my physical card so I left thinking I could pay on the app once I got to my card. Anyway the amount I was told was not matching the amount on the website. I went into the gym and spoke with the same mama her and she said the fees could no longer be waived because it shows the peak payment service had already discounted my account (which they did not and I even called and verified it with the manager that they said NOTHING was showing on my account. She still didn’t find a solution. I informed her that I did not see on the policies where my account would be ran that many times. I’m trying to understand why am I being charged 4x what my actual membership is. I have tried to contact all the people associated with their cooperate office and no one has answered the phone or returned emails. They have messed up my whole gym routine and my bill is $177 and I haven’t been able to use the facility since May. I tried to pause my account or cancel It but the manager said the account has to be made current. Hopefully this review helps reach someone that will contact me!!!

Thanks you all solved a problem with my membership fees, however there were to many miss informed excuses about why you all don't allow health insurance companies gym membership perks. Planet fitness has know problem excepting it and you pay the same way including the yearly fee.

My main gripe is they have too much stuff broke down. Example….the message chairs, they only have two and one is most often broke…..that’s just a small example. I know all members don’t pay the same, but as much as we all pay ….they need to do a better job of keeping all equipment fixed
