Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay - Resort hotel in Fairfield Bay - 110 Village Ln, USA

We vacationed with family and requested that our two condos be close to each other. The resort accommodated our request. The property was great and close to a beautiful lake. The condos were nice and very spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Great resort, condo was clean and well maintained. We arrived during the last day of the Moonshine Festival so there were a lot of "happy" people wandering around. The next day the resort was very quiet and extremely relaxing. We fished on the lake and just generally did nothing. Would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff and checked in quickly. We found our condo without too much trouble, and it was nice, but a bit old. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a functional kitchen. Our only complaint was that there were not enough choices on the TV, but we did get some movies from the library in Fairfield Bay. Recommend you bring a ROKU if you want to get your favorite channels. Fairfield Bay in the winter does not really have a lot to offer. If you want to fish, you need to go to Greers Ferry Lake or the Little Red River. Restaurants are few and the hours and days they are open aren't that great. Would we come back, sure, but only during the summer months.

The resort itself was fantastic, the unit was great, the toiletry supplies had to be refilled on request, but all else was good. There is a dog that walks about the roads, friendly but for some people, may not be a good atmosphere to have around. Well maintained resort.

Great views, staff, and very accommodating staff. On the second day, we reported a leak in one of the bathrooms. Within minutes maintenance was over to fix the leak. We could return to our vacation. I would stay again.

Great little community with fun activities and beautiful scenery. The condo we stayed in was clean, nice, and peaceful. Could have used a few more blankets in the condo but otherwise had everything we needed!

Wonderful Thanksgiving week resort. Peaceful, quiet, right on golf course Fairway 49...so relaxing. Maintenance is quick and friendly....the walking trail is gorgeous .the Hart center is great for the pool and exercise equipment. Absolutely wonderful 💯

Positive: The peaceful location Negative: didnt like climbing stairs. thought it was a one floor I was getting. Could be my misreadingprior to renting however. Place smelled a little musty more upstairs and dining area. Overall the unit appeared to be clean
