Club Wyndham National Harbor - Resort hotel in Oxon Hill - 250 Mariner Passage, USA

This was a stay-cation for me and it was absolutely great. The location is great. All of the bars and restaurants you could wish for just a short walk away, and just a short drive to the casino, outlet shopping and all that downtown DC and Old Town Alexandria have to offer. The heated indoor and outdoor pools along with many other on site amenities are also a great touch. The staff was really friendly and helpful at check in and throughout my stay. What more could you ask for?

My sisters and myself had a wonderful time. At the national Harbor resort. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. For anything we needed or ask for. Our trip was the first week in December and to see all the beautiful Christmas decorations.||Put smiles on our faces daily. The resort was centrally located and And made it easy to travel to other places. There were many restaurants and stores that you could walk too. You really didn't need are car. Our room were remodeled and tastefully done. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and made for a good night sleep.

Do not book here if you actually want a room. For two consecutive events now they have canceled hotel rooms only two weeks or less from the check in date of a now sold out event. People have fully paid trips with no where to stay due to the hotels incompetence. They’re being canceled because of renovations. They KNEW they had renovations yet booked out the rooms and canceled last minute. Horrible hotel avoid at all costs

I booked my room 7 months ago and paid in advance. 2 weeks before my trip, they cancel due to "unforeseen issues," but looking through the reviews, I see that's a common thing here. I booked through another party, so hopefully, the website found another deal and will (as they say) cover the price difference, but I guess the hotel wouldn't have done anything.

Awesome place to stay. No breakfast though, but their amenties are nice. Like the recreation rooms, and pool area. Staff are helpful, plenty to do around the hotel and more!

We arrived at The Club Wyndham National Harbor and at check in , there were 3 people at the desks. All were on calls, we waited about 10 minutes, a line building behind us. No one was hurrying to end their call. Not putting us in a very good mood. The rest of our stay was very good. Room was nice, view of partial pool and garage across the street. We enjoyed our visit.

How this place has all great reviews is beyond me. They randomly canceled a reservation I had for months. If you’re going to an event at the Gaylord DO NOT stay here, and DO NOT trust any booking site that says these rooms are available. Time share holders realize they can price gouge, and pull your groups reservation completely out from under you.

I booked a room for 1/19/24-1/21/24 in May 2023. I paid in full upfront. I saw they were doing renovations so I called a week beforehand to confirm my reservation. I also called two days before my reservation, and they confirmed it again. They cancelled the room a day before check in. They weren’t apologetic or helpful. Their response: “We don’t know why it got cancelled. You have to call this number.” I read the number back to ensure it was correct. It was the wrong number. Thankfully our friends had a room we were able to stay in. At one point when we called down to ask for towels, they responded, “Nope, but you can walk down here and get them yourselves.” I understand busy weekends are stressful for hotel employees, but that is no reason for such unprofessionalism. Be wary of booking here unless you have a backup plan and a lot of patience for rude employees.
