Club Wyndham Nashville - Resort hotel in Nashville - 2415 McGavock Pk, USA

Place was nice and clean. Walking distance (20 minutes) from opera land. They brought in food trucks in evening so u did not have get an Uber or drive to eat. Downside is being a time share that they hard core sell u to buy in. They say one hour presentation , but lucky to get out in 2. Don’t go to them if u are not willing to get up and walk off and be called rude.

Absolutely amazing ! From check in to check out. We came from several hours away and they were able to get us in early so we could get our vacation started. We are here for Christmas and decided last minute we wanted a tree but of course everything was close. However the sweetest lady at the front offered up some decorations and we made it work. She truly won’t understand what that means to my girls.

Check-In staff...A++. ||Cleanliness of room...A++. ||Housekeeping A++||Resort grounds...D- (The snow and ice were absolutely terrible. I actually fell...TWICE...hard. The parking lot, stairways and half the landing on the way to our room (so we walked in a single file line) were literally an ice skating rink. I understand that Nashville isn't used to that kind of weather, which is why the grade is as high as it is, but better measures need to be put in place for extreme weather conditions.|| ||Overall experience...B+. Going to revisit the location when the weather is better to get the full Club Wyndham Nashville experience.

The rooms are very outdated. Our rooms had multiple issues but after it taking them almost 2.5 hours to get maintenance here to fix one shower head that was spraying water at the ceiling, we didn’t bother them with the other issues. My husband had to fix the shower door, so that we didn’t have to crawl over the toilet to get into the shower. The bathroom door from the master bedroom sticks when opening. Just definitely not where I would’ve stayed had the pictures actually resembled these rooms!

The resort was very nice, however, little to nothing was done to clear snow 3 days after the snow fall. We realize that Nashville doesn't get a lot of snow, but more should have been done to clear walkways, parking lots and roadways.||We were please with the size of the 1 bedroom deluxe and the amenities. The staff that we interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful.||The sales staff is another story. While everyone was nice, our 90-minute presentation was extremely frustrating. We made it clear that we weren't buying anything, however, 2 hours into the 90-minute presentation, our sales rep insisted that we visit one of the properties because that is how she got paid. We couldn't talk her out of this, so we had to walk about 100 yards on snow covered sidewalks to get to the unit. All told, it took more than 2.5 hours to get out of the presentation. Needless to say, I don't think Wyndham can offer me enough to sit through another sales pitch.||We will return during a warmer season.

Me and my kids were staying with my family for just a couple of nights. It was perfect because we stayed in the extra room that had everything we needed - sink, fridge, dishwasher and a bed all in one room with a closed door. I really like how sound proof the walls seem to be. It's a nice place, except for the floors. You could tell how dirty they were from how dirty my kids feet were, and that was after they had taken a bath

This condo has multiple towers of rooms, and 4 floors, and not much to look at around it. It does have some daily activities, including some music, and 2 pools, and a food truck or two stops by. The rooms are old but kept up well. If you rent a mid-size room look in the drawers & closets for kitchen accessories. Lots of nearby quality shops and food. I found the main highways to be confusing and congested, so bring GPS or printed maps! Both Gaylord and musical Opryland are about a mile away, and a huge shopping center. They have a shuttle for $15/day - includes trip to Nashville; and free parking and wi fi. Ask where the recycle bins are. The cleaning staff are very noisy, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. The time-share sales is called "member services" and is hard sell. 3 computers/internet /printer are in lobby. They have good directions to their place, on their web site.

Beautiful rooms one King size bed comfy, great pillows right across from Opryland and great mall. Local restaurants within block or two. Even a Waffle House with Great service. I loved this location , they even had shuttle downtown. I would recommend this location for your next stay in Nashville.
