Club Wyndham Flagstaff - Hotel in Flagstaff - 1900 N Country Club Dr, USA

I am not normally a fan of these types of places, but a friend booked it. I was very much impressed. First, we had a duplex up in the woods. It was designed to look like a cabin, with soaring ceilings on the inside, a remote controlled fireplace. Even a Jacuzzi on the deck. All the features were modern, and made it feel not like a hotel but a private home. The kitched was perfect for the evenings we decided to cook for ourselves. One of the rec centres was nearby and that was fun as well--pool tables, board games, even a mini-golf course. (It was winter so the pool was closed.) The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. It was a wonderful place to stay for a few nights. This didn't feel like a cookie-cutter national chain at all.

Amazing get away to spend with family. The location in itself is serene and relaxing. There’s a lot of opportunities for family time. There is a mini golf course for kids and recreational amenities ( swimming pool, volley ball and badminton court with nets provided). It's an hour away from Grand Canyon. Definitely coming back here😉

We booked a 2 bedroom at this resort with Expedia 3 months ago. Four hours before check in - while enroute with groceries etc—we received an Email saying that was not available. We called the resort directly and were told this frequently happened as Expedia gambled on the 5% no show average that might make an accommodation available. Of course this is rare in the summer. We were able to get a one bedroom for our stay through the help of Crystal who works at the resort and was very sympathetic and helpful and fully aware of the problems caused by Expedia.

Large 1 BR unit with soaker whirlpool tub & fireplace. Completely equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds - deer every day we were there. Nice clubhouse. Professional, friendly staff. If we're back in Flagstaff we'll definitely stay here again,

We loved the staff, our unit and the resort location. Upon check in the resort very quickly converted the second bedroom to a king size bed. Only 1 1/2 hours from the Grand Canyon and an hour to Sedona, where we did a fun Pink Jeep tour to Broken Arrow. Grand Canyon Adventures picked us up at the clubhouse and we went on amazing and informative trip to Horseshoe Bend & Lower Antelope Canyon. Great restaurants and many other sights to visit close by. The Clubhouse offers pool tables, games and a mini golf putt putt course. Highly recommend!

Edit: They’ve added a comment to this review with a number to call that is not even in service. Very indicative of their level of customer service. Worst Wyndham experience we have ever had. Housekeeping is an outside company and they steal your stuff. Hotel staff could not care less. Rachel, front desk manager, was especially rude and unprofessional. I've been told I would be contacted several times but have received no follow up from them. Resort manager, Jodine, failed to follow up after promising to interview the housekeeping staff that cleaned our room. Could not be more disappointed. Quiet location, but the rooms are average. The room we stayed in, 13A, shares a wall and door with 13B. There’s a large gap between the door and the ceiling, and we could hear everything from 13B. We will never be returning and will let other Wyndham owners aware of this awful experience.

We had originally planned to stay in a local hotel in Flagstaff, but in talking with an RCI rep when I was renewing my points for another year, I told him the reason we had so many points was we could never find a property when we wanted it. He said let me check...he came back with this property for 2/3rds less than what the hotel was to cost...score! The property itself was very well maintained and clean. Our interactions with the staff were politely and professionally handled. Overall, a very nice property.

After having to move twice we decided to take a well deserved vacation. We made reservations with Wyndham club for April. We arrived here and we were greeted by smiling faces and wonderful staff. We received our keys and we went to our suite and we were very delighted with the space and all that it had to offer for our stay. We had deer in the back yard in the morning and evening. The Grand Canyon was a beautiful spot to visit. We are so happy we came here
