Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek - Resort hotel in Lake Buena Vista - 9560 Via Encinas, USA

This is my favorite resort and it’s the nearest to Disney parks. Upon arriving I was greeted by Anthony, a very nice security guard at the main entrance. He was very informative and easy to talk to. He’s an asset to your company. A very nice first impression. The grounds are well maintained and create a very relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely love this resort.

This was our second time staying at Bonnet Creek, both times in a 2BR deluxe in Tower 2. This time we had some maintenance issues in our unit. The refrigerator legs were not even and the fridge swayed side to side every time you opened/closed it. The shower dripped profusely. Maintenance arrived quickly to fix the issues. ||However, they were doing major construction on the balconies of the building. The noise was unbearable from 8 am to 4 pm. We asked for and received a building change to Tower 4. Tower 4 had older furnishings, appliances and carpet (still nice, though).||The weather was chilly and rainy this week, but we enjoyed walking around the lake each morning. We were able to get in the hot tubs, but the pools were too cold this week. ||There were some planned activities for adults and children, but it would be nice to have a printed schedule for the week. You had to access the schedule by scanning a Q-Code.||We had lunch twice at the Back Bay cafe on premises. Behind that restaurant there is the Wyndham Grand Hotel, which has several restaurants in the building. You can easily walk there through one of the pool areas.||The pool areas are well maintained. They also have corn hole, shuffleboard and miniature golf, and a nice fire pit.||One of the great things about this resort is that there are no extra fees for anything. All activities are fee (except ones that use materials for making crafts, etc). There are no resort fees for parking, wifi, etc. Although you do have to see the people who try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation prior to getting your wristbands. ||This is a cashless resort - room key or credit card payments only. There is a nice ice cream shop and a couple of bars with drink specials. They have live entertainment a few nights a week. It's a fast and easy drive to Disney Springs.||The staff members we encountered were very nice and helpful. We will continue to return to this resort, as it is one of our favorites in Orlando.

Great resort with something for everyone. The variety of pools and activities offer something for all ages. The proximity to Disney Springs and the parks is great. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and clean and newly renovated. Hopefully be back soon.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Bonnet Creek - the resort itself is very pretty and the pools are excellent! We also loved being so close to the parks (everything is a 10 minutes or less drive) and appreciated having a full kitchen/in-unit laundry. Things which could have been better included the cleanliness/upkeep of the room (there were pills on the floor in the corner, a dirty dish towel left, and the light in the shower continued to go in/out) and some of our interactions with hotel employees. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay!

This facility is very nice. There is no need to leave the premises. You can feed the fish there there’s mini golf, great restaurants and you can walk around the pond in the middle. It makes a nice walk with your loved ones. There’s also plenty pools.

This was our 2nd time staying at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. The resort is top notch… not too bougie and perfect for families. Location is close to many attractions including the Disney parks and Disney Springs! Staff are very courteous and friendly. Food at the Back Bay Bar and Grill is delicious! We will come back for sure!

Great non-Disney resort that is on the Disney property. Very clean, comfortable and they make you feel like you are at home. Fully stocked kitchen, dinning room, living room and enough rooms for the whole family ... in one suite. The views were amazing... i will definitely be back.

The room were great, but not the restaurant. It is great place to stay. They had everything for you: nice furniture, all the kitchen utilities, even the family to enjoy amenities. Many available things to enjoy even staying I side the resort.
