Club Wyndham at Majestic Sun - Resort hotel in Destin - 77 Seascape Dr, USA

Wonderful experience! The doors were hard to open to the rooms, but everything else was awesome. I do wish a transportation van of some sort from the resort would be available to transport to and from the airport, stores, events, and downtown. It's so amazing, though, we'll be back.

Beautiful rooms, Wyndham never disappoints. The kitchens come with all the appliances that you need. The staff is very respectful and courteous. Looking forward to returning with my family. Hopefully one of the three bedrooms will be available. I have never been able to get one.

Update.... Manager Natalie apologized and took care of us. We had good conversation about how to improve. We do feel Wyndham as a company needs to improve how they handle guests with disabilities. For instance just because a dog has a vest on, it does not male it a service animal. Their are times like around beach sand that we don't put the vest on because sand gets all in between the vests and can damage the harness. The ADA also does t require a vest. Original post- Club Wyndham Majestic Sun among other Wyndham properties, but not all, is not service animal friendly! We definitely have been treated differently as an owner before a service animal and after. Also some pictures of our room at check in. Not a big deal but should be seen by housekeeping and fixed before guests arrive.

One working elevator for the entire hotel. There should have been 2, but I've was broken. Elevator also had no AC, so it was insanely hot. The room was ok, one roll of toilet paper, and you could hear nearby rooms pretty easily. Close to the beach is the only saving grace.

-0/5 stars. The rooms were disgusting, elevators broken, and to top it all off, four rooms later 7/10 of my family got a norovirus from the lack of cleaning here! And when I say the elevators broke, I mean with me on it, for 45 MINUTES and while I was stuck with a maintenance man he didn’t help the situation by explaining to me that the elevators were 45 years old and there were no plans to fix them! We asked the front desk to come clean the rooms and THEY NEVER DID! There were holes in the bathtub, hair all over everything, the beds were like sleeping on a floor, and the rooms don’t even face the beach! Book this place if you want to spend five days throwing your guts up with a view of the parking lot and walk up 8 flights of stairs because there’s no other options. I’d recommend anyone to stay ANYWHERE else. Honestly a motel 6 would be an upgrade in comparison to this place. Please don’t book this. Save yourself and your family!

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in building C. The view was nice. It was considered partial ocean view. We had Sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon on the balcony. Convenience in the area was good. The unit was clean and very nice.

We made a very wise decision investing in a Wyndham Timeshare. Best money ever spent on vacation! Make sure and ask for Rose, she is amazing to work with and super knowledgeable...she made our purchase so easy and well informed!

It's a very cool, clean, and cozy, perfect spot to relax and eat some food. Enjoy your significant other. Rooms are like mini apartments but not so mini. Staff at the desk and everyone are very helpful.
