Our bowls were delicious and perfectly customized to our liking. The service was so friendly and they were very quick. I would recommend the chicken and also the beef. We love a healthy option at the Silos, so glad we tried it here!

Food and staff was excellent! Will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area. Owner (I’m assuming) gave free samples and took the time to explain everything on the menu. Great experience.

A true hidden gem in Waco!!! that is a MUST try if you are visiting Waco or even if you live in Waco. We have been visiting Waco regularly for last 6 years while our son was finishing his Bachelor and Masters. We have tried several places and would rate this food truck on top of the list. The name says Club Sandwich but they serve rice and cabbage bowls. I generally stay away from sandwiches when traveling hence was avoiding this truck. My son has been raving about this place and convinced us to at least try it. I am glad he did push us to go there. I tried their bowl with chicken bulgogi. They allow the option of splitting the bowl with half rice and half cabbage. Based on chefs recommendations I mixed siracha range and Cilantro lime sauces. The bowl turned out awesome 👌 👏. The ingredients were fresh which added to the taste. The two guys managing the truck were super friendly and took the time to explain the various options. They even had sample pieces of chicken to try. The chefs were really fast and we got our four orders in no time. Eventhough the service was fast the presentation of the bowls were appealing and looked appetizing. The truck was parked inside the Magnolia. There are plenty of picnic tables and benches to sit and enjoy the meal.

Had the chicken bulgogi and lemongrass pork. Both were marinated very well, but my favorite was the chicken. The owner hangs outside to hand out samples and explain the menu. Solid guy with amazing staff. A must try!!

The food was amazing. It was fresh and tasted delicious. The staff was very nice, professional and welcoming. Definitely recommend eating at this food truck if you in Magnolia Market.

I loved the customer service and the food. It is worth to try! The combination of Salad, meat, rice and sauce was amazing. For those people who don’t like Fatty food, super recommend. The price is also not that expensive. It’s good amount of portion. One of the BEST in Waco!!!

This bowl is exactly what I was craving. We got the bulgogi chicken and lemon grass pork, with 50/50 cabbage and rice and all the vegetables. Sriracha ranch was mild and delicious

Waco local here! We LOVE the rice bowls from Club Sandwich! We’ve eaten a dozen (or more) times and always enjoy. The owner, Youngdae (that’s him in the pic), is typically out there offering free samples! And about the name…he use to sell a variety of Korean sandwiches but the rice bowls became so popular - because it was the Gaines Family’s favorite dish! - that he reduced his menu to the best selling item!
