The 1 bedroom is great. Full kitchen and w/d. Large bathroom. Room cleaning is by request. The pool is unheated. 70 degrees is not acceptable. Mgmt said pool could be warmer deeper but that is not the case. It's colder deeper. Hot tub is great. Short distance to the strip action. Club has a shuttle to take you to there. In case you missed it, the resort fee in $20. They don't serve coffee or bagels since the pandemic. Staff people are helpful and courteous.
My best Friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our Birthday celebration where I turend 71 and she turned 72 years young! We had a wonderful time at the RCI property in October, 2023 at Tahiti Village and now at Culb de Soliel! Everything was wonderful in our suite. It was cold outside, however, our bathroom was equipped with a jet tub and we were able to get the same or better results from a Hot Tub! A great place for seniors like us! Thank You
We had a great time there. Being able to make a few meals saved us some $$ for sure, as we have 2 kids. We were concerned about bedbugs, but did a thorough check and didn’t have any issues. Only complaint is that it took a long while to get a service call. Overall, great location, close to the strip but not TOO close. It was great for my family.
This is not a resort!!!! The room was dirty when I got in it. Sheets, bathroom, and towels. It’s non smoking but someone was smoking weed on my floor and being loud to the point I couldn’t enjoy a nap, downtime, or TV. This is a motel. I was bamboozled by the pictures on the website. I’m still her can’t wait to leave. Do not book!!!! It won’t let me post video
Very friendly staff and great location. Near about everything and not far from the strip. The rooms were a little dated but had every amenity. Parking was easy and seemed fairly secure. The pool was ok. Our water heater and air conditioners made a lot of noise but worked just fine. Not a ritzy place like on the strip but definitely much better than a conventional hotel. Also, the walls are paper thin.
I would’ve given them negative one star, but the front desk clerks were friendly The room thermostat did not work properly. Upon entering the room, the sheets had stains on them, the curtains had holes in them and stains, the toilet and tub had hair on them. Housekeeping wasn’t available if you didn’t stay more than 7 days. I had to buy some cleaning items and had to clean the bathroom. The walls were also very thin. You could hear loud music and people from the run next to you. The floor I was on was non smoking but stayed smelling weed. I was very disappointed in the room and will never stay here again. This is a motel not a resort!!!!!!!
After staying five (5) night at Club de Soleil, all I can say is it’s okay. I’ve been to places that were worse and many that were much better. I give Club de Soleil a solid 3 stars. As on owner, visiting for the first time, I was a bit disappointed. When you have people paying annual fees to stay at a property, I would expect more attention to details. Not perfection, just more attention. For starters, the curtains in the main bedroom were ripped in multiple places. This is inexcusable, change the curtains, it’s not difficult or expensive. Also, while on the surface, the room was clean, but when you take a deeper look, you can see plainly where the cleaning staff has missed a beat. Also, the sliding door to the balcony doesn’t slide so smoothly. A little WD-40 would do the trick, but you have to be paying attention or care about the details. The furniture was a little worn in the living room. Having stayed at other properties, I was not surprised or upset by that. But again, it’s doesn’t cost a whole lot to get cushions restuffed. The property is close enough to the strip that you can get to the action with ease. There is even a shuttle that take you back and forth to the strip. Finally, in this day and time when everyone wants to be connected, it’s important to have good Wi-Fi. Unless the property is going to invest in better Wi-Fi, they should really stop advertising that they have W-Fi. The lack of wi-fi service was probably the worst part of our stay. I can say that the Club de Soleil staff was very pleasant. Overall, we had a good stay. Club de Soleil will probably never be a 4 star property but they can preform better to ease up the 3 star ladder.
I was impressed with the front desk; Especially Adam was very professional and helpful. The other Ladies up front. Didn't remember all the names. But they were great!!!! There were some things missing in our room. they got it to us. ASAP. thank you for your service.

As we arrived to check in after 6 pm, we were greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk by George. All the staff that worked at the front desk (Winnie & there were 2 more employees that we didnât get their names) were all nice, very helpful,
Great stay a block away from the strip, in between the north and south strip. Large rooms, clean too. Impeccable service from the staff. Decent size gym, that gets the job done so long as you put in the effort. I enjoyed being a block away from the s
