Club 616 - Cocktail bar in Santa Ana - 616 E 4th St, USA

I adore Club 616. The vibe is upscale dive bar. All the bartenders are great. The drinks are well made and balanced. I always feel very comfortable here. Parking can mean a walk from the structure down the street, but it is absolutely worth it. The bar does not have food, but there is usually a taco stand outside in the back.

My coworker brought me here 1 week ago and now having date night with my hubby. Atmosphere is the type you want for a first date. Tacos are good, drinks are great and fire pit is relaxing.

After doing some quick google searching, we landed on this as a the place to grab a cocktail. Within minutes the person at the front introduced us to the owner Mike because we wanted to get to know what to do in the area. Mike told us all about the history of the bar and recommended cocktails for us. The quesatacos out back were to die for. The drinks were amazing. Tons of cool people we met tonight. Highly recommend.

Classy retro and a lil eclectic vibe. Great use of space here. Staff are friendly, very informative, and personable. Tried a handful of the signature cocktails between my girlfriend and i, and can't say enough about the thought and detail that goes into each recipe to make each one so unique. We tried the birria nachos which was the perfect amount for 2 people, and had to go back later for some tacos which were also on point. Great flavors and preparation. Our new favorite local. Thanks guys for a great experience. Can't wait to come back.

I loved the inside vibe of this cocktail bar. It was chic with lots of seating and an outdoor area. They had a decent menu with lots of classic cocktails but I wish they offered just a bit more of their own designed cocktails. I ordered a classic margarita and I'll be honest I didn't like it. It's not at all like the good classic margaritas I had in Texas. I think orange was added to it? And maybe that's what made me not love the flavor. I'm not sure but my friends cocktail was good so I wouldn't write this place off but I maybe would skip the margarita.

A nicely curated place with a very intimate and chill setting.This place is also very well maintained. The bartenders are super friendly and the cocktail menu has a very unique display of delicious drinks to choose from.There’s also a cozy fire pit and taco vendor in the patio area outback.

This spot is pretty cool, as there is a bit of history involved with this building. The building has been around since the early 20's, and Club 616 was opened immediately after prohibition was lifted. The sign out front is original and was recently renovated. When you enter the location, you have a mid-century modern flair with a touch of a Palm Springs feel. The craft cocktails are prepared with a true approach to mixology. Fresh juices and syrups are used with each beverage, and you can definitely taste the quality! There is no kitchen on the premises, but various local food venders are on site preparing and serving their offerings, which also supports the local businesses! You should definitely check this spot out! The parking is a bit difficult in the area, but once you find that space, it's worth it. There are also taxi, Lyft or Uber options!

Came here to hang out with my girlfriend and show her the new cocktail bar. She had never been there. I had as I live and work locally. We waited 35 minutes while sitting in front of the bartender as he was making drinks. Didn’t offer us kept taking everyone else’s order as they approached the bar and totally disregarded us. It was very embarrassing. Anyhow , I ordered a lemon drop , $14 cocktail 🍸 only get served in a baby glass. When I had gone there before the bartender was nice and was courteous, it was busy but acknowledged us. Also, the lemon drop then was in a standard glass that any restaurant would have them in. I had like a baby lemon drop - mind you the entire time I was watching him make drinks , he was making lemon drops and in normal cups. Anyhow , will not be visiting this place anytime soon. My husband and I liked going for the fish tacos and was a cute place to enjoy cute cocktails that is walking distance from our new condo. I will not be coming here again and I definitely don’t recommend it . They have great cocktails down the street at La Perla and Vacation🫶🏽 I’ll be taking my business elsewhere .
