My mom has lived at Cloverset for about 4 years. She has enjoyed living there. The office staff is great and knows her by name and the maintenance staff is quick to take care of issues in her apartment. They are always working on improving the property. The garage and elevator are a plus since my mom is 65.
I love this place. The entire staff are some of the best in the business!! Living here has been one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had & that’s saying a lot. Maintenance are quick to get work orders done & never have to come back twice on the same thing-it gets fixed the first time. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. My favorite part of living here is how well it is keep up & clean.

Hi! The reason I chose to live at Cloverset was the professional, customer service attitude, which was the same at Willow Creek, before new owners took over. The staff here are very professional, friendly and open minded and have proven to meet the concerns and needs of the tenants! They have made us feel at home here and we really appreciate it!
The worst place to stay at since management changed, I have beg this place to let me out my lease early cause they are infested with roaches. So many residents place was affected by this issue. It took them 3 months to let me out my lease. I do not recommend this place. To add to it. If you stay here be sure to video and take before and after pics of being there. They will lie on the move out inspection just to keep your money.
My move in was smooth. Any issues I have are taken care of the same day. Office staff is great. The neighbors are friendly, it is quiet. I love my new home and so does my dog.
I will never recommend this apartment or management to anyone. They completely ripped me off. I used to have a good relationship with the management. Last year I had to go back to India for family emergency and I've talked to couple of their agents and they told me I can leave to India and everything would be fine. I actually filled a form given by them to clean the apartment where I paid around 80$ to get the apartment cleaned by their own cleaning staff and as a nice gesture I didn't even ask them for my deposit back which was 380$. Recently when I've looked into my credit karma and found out that they've charged me 96$ for cleaning the apartment and I've talked to few of their managers and they said they'll investigate this matter and will find a solution. I never got a call back from them and they've sent it to rent recovery solutions which is a debt collection agency and that did affected my credit score since that showed as a derogatory account. Untrustworthy people and management!!!!!!!
Karla and her team do a fantastic job of taking care of their residents! Cloverset is a great place to live, secure, and their homes are beautiful inside and out! You won't find a better property!
