Bug, bug, and more bugs. A hole was taped over a hole in the wall.
Bed bugs sinks clogged up with bags because of miscetoes nesting in drains . The bathtub clogged with dead bugs. Holes in wall no TV, just spiders and roaches where that goes. Window busted out this place needs shut down.
Very private, the staff was friendly and helpful, but also knows how to leave you alone. The rooms are good size with double full size beds, no roaches, ants, or bed bugs. It is an older building, but it has been well kept aside from the water taking a while to get hot I have no complaints.
Great owner and great management. Weekly rates are absolutely the best anywhere in the state and obviously you would be in Fayetteville NC so you can't beat that. We love it here. We recommend you move here and if not and your just passing through come on by here get you some good sleep and a shower and you be good to go. Thank God for this place.
There was large broken furniture outside. Not a problem I guess, just not pleasant. After reading reviews, we thoroughly checked for bed bugs, didn't find any, it was actually pretty clean. However, the bathroom was horrible, tub stained from the water on a constant stream/drip, toilet seat was cracked, and you know there's no way to actually clean in that crack. Windows were filthy, red duct tape and spider webs covered the bathroom window, and there was a hole in the floor where it met the wall. Room itself was unbearably hot, even after turning off the extremely outdated baseboard heater. It kept making noises and kicking back on. The tv was an old box tv with 1 channel, carpet was duck taped in places, bed itself wasn't bad, but sank really low. The sconce by the door, I noticed was hotter than it should be, and I looked at the cord and it was wrapped with electrical tape, which the drapes covered. We were charged 60 for the night, while the online price 39. We asked why, he said it was because it was Monday night and they raise the prices for the business men. We stayed maybe 30 minutes in that room before I told my hubby I wouldn't sleep there. It just had a really bad vibe on top of everything else. The night clerk was really understanding and asked us if we wanted to change rooms or get our money back, we chose a refund and left to find a different hotel. Him giving us our money back without a hassle is the only reason I gave a 2 star instead of a 1.
You can take my comments off but I will let my friends and family know not to stay there
So disgusting. My husband and I paid for a room for a week. Walked into the room and the stench of cigarettes immediately hit me in the face. However, I can deal with that. As I have worked in the pest control industry, I always check for bedbugs before we stay anywhere. I didn't even get close to lifting the bedspread when we noticed 20 or more roaches in all stages of young and adult running all over the bed. There were multiple roaches on the walls and running across the floor. The owners were nice enough to refund us the full week without any hassle, but I DO NOT reccomend this hotel.
Had people go into my room, and car, steal my food and money. Management did not review camera even when asked. Response to this review from owner is untrue. I own and drive my own car and the only man in my room was the one I checked in with and stayed with me the entire time I was there. Contrary to what the management says, during my very short stay i discovered that many of the people at this motel are long time renters who prostitute to pay their rent. Perhaps saying I am a prostitute is their way of making me look bad so they feel justified in not looking into the theft!!!
