You get what you pay for. The rooms are cheap and they look as such... but the upside is at least there is a microwave and a fridge. The bed is good enough and also Also NO BUGS! 10/10 for the price

DO NOT COME HERE PLACE HAS MICE ROACHES AND BED BUGS. HOUSE KEEPING KNOCKS AT YOUR DOOR EVERYDAY 9A.M ASKING IF YOU NEED ANY SERVICE LIKE PEOPLE DONT WORK HARD AND NEEDS REST. ALSO THE 3 WOMEN THAT WORK AT FRONT DESK IS VERY RUDE. THIS PLACE IS DIGUUSTING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STSY HERR. SHOWERS DIRTY. BEDS DIRTY THIS RATS RUNNING IN AND OUT OF ROOM. THIS HOTEL IS NOT THE PLACE

The price is very affordable and the staff was exceptional especially the older lady at the front desk she was the best!! The rooms are ok but you get what you pay for. The only complaint I have is the Indian manager behind the front desk. She was very rude and gave me a 24hrs notice before I had to leave because I guess my 28 days were up and told me I couldn’t come back for 90 days! When the Bel Air up the street you only have to leave for 1 then come back when your 28 days are up. I’ll definitely be taking my business back to the Bel Air.

It's rooms leave a lot to be desired. The TV only has a few channels several of which are Weather Channels. They do very well, however, in housekeeping in terms of checking what your needs are and taking care of the rooms. There are vending machines in the office area as well as an ice machine. I found the staff to be helpful and very friendly. There is a lot of parking and the parking lot is easy to maneuver in.

The staff is very rude, the gentleman Andy in the front and the other staff seem to share the same views. i would describe something like Vladimir Putin. they've been treating the people terrible and are extremely rude. They've been lying about the prices and the rooms are dirty.

House keeping was Excellent!!! Being close to highways Excellent,!!! Stayed a number of days and again for a week , Mostly good 👍 😀 My only Exceptions are Roaches, Older Bedding, Cigarette Smell, Faulty Refrigerator, Shower and toilet issues?..Otherwise , You Get What You Paid For...Sometimes the Older Desk Staff is Disrespectful And Grouchy... But ,Housekeeping Staff is Wonderful and Efficient.... No Bed Bug issues as yet....

There were bed bugs that bit my legs all up and I went to the staff and they told me I had to wait 2 whole days till the owner was in. They didn't even offer clean sheets or blankets i had to ask. Then when Thursday came the owner said there was no complaint written out. I couldn't believe it! I had pictures of all the cockroaches and the bed bug bites. She told me she would call me and NEVER DID!!!! So I made an appointment with my doctor and they are definitely bed bug bites. So if I do not get a call. I have the legal right to sue the hotel. You can absolutely sue a hotel for a bed bug infestation. Depending on the situation and the degree of losses suffered you may be able to sue for damages. My legs are so bit up it's horrible and they hurt so bad. Also, the room to the right of us fought for two nights and got kicked out. The people to the right had water damage it.

I went to a few other motels in the area and did not feel safe. Found this place on the internet came and asked to see a room before I paid. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.I explained my situation to her and she gave me 3 rooms to choose from.I liked the rooms for the price. I feel very safe and welcomed. The rooms are very clean and staff is GREAT AND HELPFUL! I'm very comfortable here. For now it's my home til I find one. Been here for a little over a month. I would recommend this place to anyone and come back if I have to. I heard about the past of this place but the owners now cleaned it up and its very safe and clean. So come on out and see for yourself. I'm funny about cleanliness n my safety. I'm still here and feel relax n safe!!!
