I had purchased a new I pad, a new I phone and printer. I had lost passcodes for my old equipment and was unable to retrieve them or set up the printer. Rikki arrived exactly on time and worked non stop for a little over an hour and completely fixed the confusing mess that I had made. I could not be more pleased with the work he did. He was patient with me and really spent time explaining how my new equipment worked. I will use this company in the future for any problems that are beyond my capabilities. Rikki was a great representative of the company.

Do not do business with them! The Repair Approval Contract which was sent via email was not consistent with the final price I was quoted in store. The $45.00 diagnostic fee I was told would be absorbed into the total cost of the repair was not. I could have bought a brand new computer with the money I ended up spending on the repair. Curtis, the manager I dealt with, acknowledged a problem with the clarity of the Repair Approval Contract, but absolutely refused to refund any money back to me. He did not even bother to return my phone call to him until six days after I initially called the store. A good business will do the right thing for their customers. This business is obviously not a good business. Steer clear of them!
