Photos from July 2024. Seriously filthy rooms (see photos). Strong mold smell. ||Maybe for a long term stay bring your own Clorox, rags, toothbrush dedicated to cleaning, sponge, glass cleaner, an air purifier with ozone to start clearing the mold from the air & clean the place up for an inexpensive way to stay a longer term. An overnight or two is how long it would take to clean clean clean because they probably haven’t for years. Look at the photos, imagine a strong mold smell & voila, you get the idea. ||Sheets were clean & smelled clean. ||See my photos & you will then be fully forewarned.
I Don't understand these reviews, I stayed here a lot when I was running pilot escort for oversized loads, the owners were always friendly and helpful, the older lady that cleaned the rooms was an absolute sweetheart, they always tried to get me the same room next to the laundry room as I would be out for weeks at a time.
Room was clean. Furniture torn no mattress pads on beds no blanket on beds. Soap scum on top of shower stall
Bed bugs, my body is swelled up from all the bites, I paid for 2 nights left the next morning and asked for my 102.00 dollars back. I was denied and scammed. Someone needs to call the health department on the huge bed bugs in those rooms.
The hotel needs to be updated. Door had a gap, power strip was being used for several plug ins, air conditioner did’t really work that well. Only to towels for the bathroom. Not worth the $$ paid. Continental breakfast was very limited.
I travel for work and this is the best hotel to go too. Very nice people, service is great. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!
We stayed here so my parents would not have to climb stairs. At check in we choose one room with two beds so I could assist my parents if need be. We were charged extra for having 3 people in a room. There were only 2 bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths in the room. I do not think it would of been an issue to request more but that ration worked for us. The bed spreads were dated and were removed from our beds before sleeping. Mattresses on the beds were far less than we are accustomed to, my mom asked for ibuprofen in the morning to help alleviate her back discomfort. Water in shower was hot enough for 2 showers and a hair wash. Free continental breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, sugar coated cereals with 2% milk, plain bagels, prepackaged honey buns, and glazed donuts (my dad had one and made the comment that the donut tasted like it was a day old). The orange juice and coffee were both okay. I have stayed in nicer rooms for less $ and won't return if/when I am in Sioux Falls again.
The room was larger then a more expensive room. The customer service needs to be better. The house keeper get mad at us because we weren't out of the room at 11. We were staying a week so I don't see why he was saying that. They said we couldn't be loud but other people who were staying was playing music loud and drinking outside so. Other then that the stay was nice ac was amazing during the heat. Has cable and somewhat good WiFi.
me and my dad have been going here for years. jay is the biggest sweetheart and his protein smoothers are the best thing ever. prices are extremely reasonable. he will remember just about anything you tell him. everything is basically fresh and extre
This place is definitely a 5 star! The service is great and friendly. His açai bowls, smoothies and Juices are so good, especially the Immune Booster. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!
