Cloud 9 inn - Motel in Seaside Heights - 124 Hamilton Ave, USA

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!! Over the past weekend my boyfriend and I were looking for a little getaway down at the Jersey Shore. We found this place and thought it would be great since it’s within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Please DO NOT be fooled by the older lady and gentleman they come off nice and understanding but they are really con artists. After checking in and walking into the room and being in the room within 5 minutes there was baby roaches crawling out of the ceilings, holes punched in walls and filled with take out bags, ceilings tiles moved out of place (for bugs and rodents to crawl in your room at anytime.) My boyfriend immediately went down in the office for a refund where he was denied. Because he had signed papers 5 minutes prior. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. I was NOT staying where I would bring home roaches. Maybe the owners want to live in filth and disgust, but I know I don’t and I know anyone who works hard for their money and wants to enjoy a quiet relaxing weekend doesn’t want to be getting chewed by bugs and surrounded by filth. So please save your time and money!!! Give your business somewhere else!!!!!

We had a great experience here! rooms were very clean beds very comfortable. the owner was outstanding, very accommodating and extremely kind. we personally loved that you can go in the pool whenever plus it wasn’t noisy at all the nights we stayed. Reasonably priced, great location, comfortable, and great staff. Definitely will come back!

ROACHES!!!! literally crawled out from everywhere! Was there a full 20 minutes before we saw roaches crawling all around and we were refused a refund! water leaking from toilet and mildew and mold room smelt like straight piss!

Stayed for 2 nights, beds were very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and nice, will be coming back again the next time.

Very clean and the staff in the office was very jice called over the phone and ask is they had a room for us to rent for two nights that said yes when I got there I got the key for the room open the door and looked at the room it was very clean and clean sheets on both beds my son said the same thing.

This hotel was much more expensive than the other hotels around it. It got 3 stars for location because it is a few blocks from the boardwalk. Other than that, I will never go here again. First, a day after I got home I was covered in bed bug bites. At least 25 of them, I am sensitive to them, but for being there one night, it was bad. I am really lucky I didn’t bring any home. We also found a roach in our room. The air conditioner didn’t work, which was the worst because it was an extremely hot weekend. The pool was extremely cold and the water was cloudy you couldn’t see in it at all. I will never go here again.

Location is perfect for walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Definitely dated, but for last minute, budget friendly hotel...it was ok. Nothing fancy. Very kind owners. Elderly, doing the best they can.After reading reviews I did a thorough bug inspection and found nothing. Bed mattresses are new and very comfortable. I Always bring my own Clorox wipes no matter where I stay, so a quick wipe down and room safety check and we were good for a two night stay. Towels were nicer then most budget hotels. I bring my own toiletries, so no issue there. Kids loved the pool. Overall...you get what you pay for and we were okay with it.

This place is disgusting. From the cleanliness of the room to the outside area. The sheets and mattress in the room were stained. I had to battle ants and gnats in my room the whole time I was there. I'm glad I brought my own sheets and pillow cases. I hope I didn't bring anything home from this place.I actually left early because I couldn't take the filthiness. Plus the door to my room I had to fight with it in order to lock it. If your looking for nice place to stay with your family... This place isn't it.
