i bring my girlfriend shopping there about 1 once a month and she always gets such a big smile on her face when she walks in like a kid in a candy store !! she always find nice brands and in GREAT condition for a good price my pockets love it. the workers always are smiling and so happy!! Its always clean when we go in overall good store. i love the “husband's seats” they have too.👍🏼

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE WORKERS they are so Delightful so sweet always have a smile on there face!!!! The Designer Purses are such a great price… I always bring in clothes to sell they always give me such a good price always takes allll my clothes!!! Always so clean and organized always smells so nice in there has such great sales just overall the best store to shop at for great brands for great prices !!!

I Visited the store today in Palm Harbor FL. my second time at this location. I will not be going back. I had two large bags of clothes to sell forty-two items. Most never worn and designer, I bought from Dillard's. I drove for 30 minutes to get there. My first visit I also had large bags of clothes. They passed on everything both times. I couldn't believe it! The store in Fort Myers FL. Is so much better. It was my first experience with a Clothes Mentor. Which is why I gave this store a second chance. My advice to anyone is if you are not in close vicinity of th Palm Harbor store don't waste your time.

Visited for the first time today, and I can’t wait to go back! Excellent selection of clothes, shoes, purses/bags and jewelry. Styles suitable for teens up to seniors. Wide variety of sizes. Everyone working today was very friendly and helpful. Check out there website for online purchases and info on future sales.

Their website should be more clear about what things they buy and how they would like those things brought in. I felt very disrespected and will not be back to try and sell or buy. They offered me $80 for $1400 worth of shoes and boots, which were either new in the box or worn once or twice. I'm very disappointed. I could have saved my time and effort if their website was more clear.

looove the designer purses they always get in new cute ones in awesome conditions for great prices ! They always make me feel welcomed, Staff is fabulous and dressed so cute with big smiles! Love to shop there on my days off !

I brought my mother to this clothing shop for a special event that she had coming up. I was notified by a few friends of mine some wonderful notions about this clothing store with a snappy name that has a wide variety of styles for all different occasions. The customer service was outstanding. The quality and quantity of clorhing was an abundance of multiple styles for every walk of life. The prices are affordable for every budget. The staff gets a chef kiss 💋 from me. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. Definitely went over the call of duty. We will definitely be back for another visit. They had great parking and the store was clean stocked, but not overstocked. I cant stand when you cant look through the racks because there are too many articles of clothing on it. That is a big pet peeve of mine. I like to be able to shop without having to remove a stack of clothes to just get a look at an item of clothing. It definitely deserves my 5 star receiw. You now have two new loyal customers and I will be passing along my great experience because shoppers never leave the good reviews but they will leave the horrible ones and I think more shoppers should leave a reveiw if they have had a good shopping experience at a store just as a reveiw if they had a bad one.

I have been in retail myself for a long time. While shoping in this very nice clean well Organized store.clothes very very nice. I was at the check out. There was a customer there that was so rude. I felt bad for these ladies. As they were so calm and polite to this women . i wanted to say something to her but did not.these ladies are amazing !!just know ladies you cant please everyone all the time.jist know they will be the first to complain as well!! You all are amazing.i will be back for sure the little blonde one with curls in her hair just mskes my day as well.(i think her name is kayla) you all keep doing what your doing!!!!!! Retail is hard you have all types of people to deal with. Just know you all are the best and your store is amazing. I will see your smiling faces soon !!!!
