The owner of Phillips Consulting came to our small medical office when none of the heavily advertised firms were willing. Our needs are intermittent and basic, requiring an hour or two only once or twice per year. Mr. Phillips scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and was efficient. While performing the network and OS services requested, he offered several simplifying ideas that he was able to implement while already working on our network. Those have indeed made our network more efficient. His rates were reasonable and he was personable. We will use his services again when we next have IT consulting needs.
