I went there for concerts, hockey games, and comedy acts. I have sat on many different levels except the suite level, and I can honestly say there isn't a bad seat! Ticket prices range for each game or show. The seats are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are lots of food options. I grew up attending the old Key Arena, and this place is definitely an upgrade. Pretty cool place. The bottom floor is a good place to roam around.
I went to watch the Dallas Stars vs Seattle Kraken last March. This is a very nice arena. It is one of the best ones I have been to for a hockey game. The seats were comfortable and I had a good view of the game even sitting up in the nose bleed section. I can't speak on the food or drinks as I didn't have anything, but the food definitively smelled great!
I’m still going to call it Key Arena, but I absolutely love this stadium. They have a really done an outstanding job on the remake. It is definitely a venue to be proud of and I’ve seen two shows here that have had great sound. We also attended a Kraken game that was a ton of fun. I love the options for dining that include plant-based items and a lot of variety. The bathrooms are always clean and plentiful and there are places where you can fill up your water bottle. It is also really easy to get around.
Beautiful arena! Every seat in the house is great! Seats are comfortable! Easy self service drinks. Great hockey food. Only thing that would have made it more fun would have been a Win! Next time!!
A great remodel/revamped arena now home to the Seattle Kraken and concerts. We went to watch KISS and the sound quality was great. All the employees we encountered we very kind and helpful asking if you needed any guidance on where to go. I can’t wait to go watch a hockey game.
My first time there to see a concert. The layout, food and drink options were better than I imagined. The sound quality throughout was very good. Depeche Mode was excellent ❤️🎵 Look forward to seeing another event there soon.
Unreal venue for concerts! Parking all around the facilities (pricey) and easy access. Macklemore show was unbelievable he surpassed all of our expectations. We agree it's one of the best performers we have ever gone to see and he makes it feel personal.
Super modern and new arena! We were here for a Kraken game. Awesome venue and atmosphere! Loud and proud is how you describe the crowd! Very good effects for pregame and between periods. All the workers that we came across were friendly and helpful. This was our first time at a Kraken game. They gave us the excitement of an overtime win! We definitely will be back for a future game.
