They were super helpful and friendly. I bought a new battery for my laptop online because I thought that was the problem. The battery ended up not being the problem. Instead of making me pay the diagnostic fee they just took the battery I was never going to use in exchange. This is the type of exceptional service that you get from local stores like click it.
