I would not recommend this computer repair company at all. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. I took my son’s PS5 here May 2, 2024. The diagnosis was a bad HDMI PORT. They said they could fix it and gave me a price. I signed and went home. After not hearing anything from the company for several weeks, I called several times to ask if it was ready and received the run around/ little to no communication. I was told on multiple occasions a tech would reach out and that did not happen. I even went into the location to check on the PS5 in which they asked for his controller. At that time I verified with the owners daughter that she had my correct phone number because I wasn’t receiving communication. She verified the correct info and I left. I called in July to check on the PS5 and was then told that they could not fix the game and I needed a new motherboard or a new PS5! I picked up the game and got a second opinion from my usual computer repair company. They called me the next day stating that there were many issues caused to my system from previous repair. They provided me with detailed video (attached below) on the issues. It was clear that clementronics did not know what they were doing yet kept forcing pieces etc. I asked to speak with the owner and called several times while I was in the store. The owner did not answer the call yet called the associate (ANNA) on her cell phone. She then declined his call while I was standing there and said she would have him to call me! I asked her to call him back and put him on speaker phone. I then spoke with the owner and sent him the videos. He made every excuse in the world, said he would review the videos and contact me. It is now July 31st and I have yet to hear back from Sam (the owner) or any associate at clementronics. I was hoping to handle this grievance outside of court and with the owner directly however it seems that may be my only option at this point smh.
Anna was so patient with me. She took the time to even educate me on updates and antivirus. I came in the store lost but I left with knowledge to assist me with maintenance of my computers. Thank you Anna
I went into Clementronics panicked. After talking with my IT department and HP I was sure I was going to have to at least replace my motherboard or worse yet by a new computer. With deadlines coming an a load of data still on the Hard drive. That they said was not a problem and they would look into the issue. I had my data by the end of the day and at that time they found it was just an issue that was resolved by changing out my hard drive and updating the system software. They had my computer back within two days. Life savers, my hero’s. Thanks Clementronics.
One of my favorite places to get my computer fixed. They are very quick and do a great job. I got my laptop fixed a few years ago, it needed a new battery. It took her 15 minutes to get it fixed and was a good price. She even cleaned the inside and outside as well as check for anything out of place.
If you are in need of getting your computer fix, this is the place to go. We tried going to another to have one of our computer fix and was told they couldn't find anything. So, we heard about Clementronics and decided to have them to look at the computer and to my surprise, they were able to find the problem and fixed it. We're definitely going to continue business with Clementronics.
Anna and her husband do excellent work and are great people to boot. When covid happened they started doing house calls which is pretty cool in my book.
Their daughter is there helping out as well so it's a family operation. I trust them for all our computer work and I run a recording studio too.
Plus Anna is always fun to talk to! Excellent work and reasonable prices compared to other shops I've used in the past. Highly recommended.
