Clearwater Beach Suites - Lodging in Clearwater - 530 Mandalay Ave, USA

The rooms, service and location is 5 stars across the board. We'll definitely be back. The only reason for 4 stars is because the shower water wouldn't get even warm. This is a huge issue when you are hot, and at the beach or pool and want to clean off after. I just cannot take a cold shower ever. So I would take one as fast as I could and that's just not enjoyable. We'll still be back and hopefully the water will be at least warm next time lol. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the place was tidy and stocked so I know they did all they could at least. Thank you 😊

Shower water went cold after putting shampoo in hair. Had to call to get room door code. Check in at 4:20. Rules are before leaving do your dishes. Strip your bed. Gather your towels. Take out trash. And charged big housekeeping fee!! Really!! I always leave room clean but I did most of the job and paid for housekeeping??? Was at pool and watched housekeeping go in my room 3 times. I think she swept the floor, not sure. Did not change towels or anything else. Every morning my car had sand blown over car. On roof. Everywhere. Paid 300 a night plus housekeeping fees for this. Not cool. Not cool at all. First time I did not leave tip.

We had a great time! Our place at 103 was super clean and beautiful! We even saw the cleaners washing the outside window ledges with a bleaching agent. We just had to tip them! The pool was clean and our kids had a great time swimming with no worries. We will be back! It is close to every attraction that a family would want. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great with beach access within 2 min walking distance and several restaurants and shops very close. The heated pool was great and clean. The room was a described and had many of the optional items that weren't guaranteed (detergent, beach towels, toiletries). I liked the keyless access and layout of the room. We would definitely stay here again.

They were doing stucco maintenance the week we were here. The grinding and hammer drilling started at 8:00 am. So much for sleeping in on vacation. Also the suite got covered in a white dust from the work. Edited: They did end up comping us for one night on the stay.

Perfect location near everything. Stores like CVS was within walking distance. We rented a car but we really didn’t have to because everything was near by. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Took the cooler to the beach and had access to beach chairs. It had a hair dryer with a diffuser which I use for my curly hair. There was Frenchy’s beach bar and restaurant right behind our condo. It was an amazing vacation. I definitely will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at CBS #105. The apartment was clean, roomy and very comfortable. My wife and 2 daughters stayed for the weekend. The place is basically on the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Gated access made us feel safe at all times. The pool was 90 degrees. The residents and other guests were lovely to interact with. I would recommend Clearwater Beach Suites to anyone looking for a great deal on the beach!

The location was incredible (less than 2/10ths to beach) and the residential area very quiet and safe, yet just a 1/2 mile walk to the start of restaurants/bars/shops. The backyard was really nice, felt like its own getaway. The house is spacious, but everything is really dated - the kitchen and furniture in particular.
