Clear Springs Nature Trail - Hiking area in Sardis - , USA

Absolute gorgeous trail in the fall time..we just did half the trail today and need to say we'll be back soon! 10/10.. probably the best trail we've been to in Mississippi so far!❤️

Enjoyed walking the trail and observing the natural beauty of Mississippi. This place is a great stop to unwind and destress. I found many fungi specimens to adore!

This was my first time on the trail and I loved it. Great place for a quick hike and site seeing for nature.

This would be neat if not for trash in parking lot and in water. There are trashcans on the walkway, maybe someone stole the one for parking lot. It's really short walk but does have a couple of rigorous areas.

We went on the boardwalk part only. Very peaceful, clean and no bugs. We have seen lots of birds and dragonflies.

This is a very nice nature trail and my husband and I always bring our kids here to walk. I do have a couple of complaints though, there are so many beer cans and garbage everywhere along the trail and in the water which is so disappointing to see. Some people here just don't respect nature. Also, about a year ago my husband and I were walking (thankfully without the kids) and we had an encounter with a bobcat that got directly on the wooden trail. It was very scary but thankful my husband was able to scare it away. We immediately called the park rangers and they came out to check on everything. Other than that this is a wonderful place to get out of town and get some fresh air! I will return but will be more alert especially when I have my kids with me!

The trail is short, but it is fun and very beautiful.
