I worked here a few months back, and I truly miss it all the time. The food is fresh, clean and healthy, the staff genuinely care about every person that comes in, and it is such a great and positive atmosphere for anyone looking to join the fit community. I wish I hadn’t moved away so I could spend my weekends there again!

Food is tasty and healthy. I tried the Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese and it was great! The lady at the front was super nice and told me how the menu had changed, sadly no more sweet potato nachos but they have more bowls and such which are also tasty. My kids eat here with me and they enjoy it. Thank you for being a healthy yummy option for my family.

Husband and I been ordering food and sometimes smoothies, mostly me that loves their smoothie and the food are great and of course the people with awesome customer services. But today I’m disappointed the person that took my order was nice but the person who made the smoothie (straw na-na) she wasn’t very happy being there or something, I understand I don’t know what she’s going through. I felt that so she rushed the smoothie that she made for me, it was watery and it has chunks of ice, I couldn’t taste strawberries neither banana. Just DiSAPPOINTED!! She didn’t say hi, hello or thank you!

Best meal prep place around! I go twice a month to get dinners for 2 weeks for 2 and they taste amazing no matter what day of the week it is! They have amazing smoothies, protein bites and hot ready to order food as well. It is definitely a staple in our household!

Today was my first time eating here. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. Boy was I so pleasantly surprised! Two young ladies named Kendall & Faith were AMAZING!! They were super friendly & very knowledgeable. They showed me how meal planning worked, & helped me figure out what was best for me. I tried one of the bowls to take home. I got sweet potato chunks, spinach, zucchini & asparagus with chicken. I also got a sweet chipotle sauce & meat & taterz seasoning on the side. The food was so fresh & so delicious! The flavors were perfect together! I also got a pineapple orange drink to go with it. The price was good to go along with the great food & awesome service!! I can't wait to try other meals!! Thank you for all your help!! I will definitely be coming back frequently!!
