CLASSIC INN WACO - Motel in Lacy Lakeview - 503 New Dallas Hwy, USA

Very sketchy place. I went asking how much for a weekly rate. Man responds with $250. I told him I have two service dogs and he immediately refused service. I told him that by law he can't refuse service dogs and he said yes he can. Then shoo'd me away saying leave before I have you trespassed.

The rooms (except the carpet) are deff cleaner than the Delta and Motel 6. The sheets and mattress are cleaner too. My only downside was the unpleasantry of the owner man, rude for no reason, I mean NO reason. 250 per week, idk about daily. WiFi is available along with mini flat screen on wall but we had our own box and big screen tv to connect to so idk how it worked. Phone in room but I don't think it worked.

As far as cheap motels go in this town, this one is actually.... fantastic! Sure, it's old, and the rooms are tiny and there's not much in the way of room service, BUT. When you just need a roof over your head and a place that isn't crawling with roaches, it is the most affordable in town at 250 per week (for 2 people). The owner guy is polite and fair and they don't harass you or bother you about anything.

This place is the most filthy, disrespectful place I’ve ever been to. The people there are so rude and disrespectful. And can barely speak English. I would not recommend staying there ever. It has roaches and it stinks.

The price was good but the room was old and dingy.. I picked up a friend who stayed there in a pinch. It would be better if they updated some of the beds and curtains and carpet.

It's in desperate need of renovation. The people are planting various plants, improving it's outside appearance, but should hire an experienced painter, to repair various drywall issues and apply a couple of fresh coats of paint on the walls. Should also remove old rusted light fixtures, no longer in use, and in short, give the rooms a face lift.

I currently live there. Its cheap and affordable ppl stay to themselves. Overall if your on budget it's soothing

Do NOT stay here. They dont pay their cable or wifi bill. Kept giving this place a chance because it was clean and there wasn't any bugs (Big plus for cheap weekly hotels around this area), but seriously haveing to move because there is no TV, no wifi, and the airconditioner is broke and they wont do anything to fix it. All Im doing is paying $200 a week for running water basically. This is also not a one time fluke....it happened last month around the same time. PAY YOUR BILLS !!! Plus, to top it all off, they'll be beating your door down starting at 9:00AM for u to pay or leave, even though checkout is not until 11. What is so urgent or important for them to have the money is beyond me since its obviously not going towards their bills.
