I absolutely love the parks and recreation of Tennessee. All of the parks are always clean! Love the trails and it's definitely always a good work out! Kids enjoyed every minute of the journey. They have bike rentals so the only thing you need is your self and water. Will return again! 6 different trails and im sure each time something new. The scenery is AMAZING!
The Pollard Road trailhead is my favorite green space in Clarksville. Take some time to walk to the lower parking lot, where the view of the hayfield is stunning in fall. In summer, the no more zone is alive with pollinators. The trail to the right is beautiful in any season, less crowded, and you are almost certain to see deer.
Exercise caution if biking that trail; heed the "walk your bike" signs. Serious injuries and fatalities have occurred.
Absolutely beautiful walk. Paved. Stunningly peaceful. Busy, but still able to walk with some solitude.
Super clean and beautiful. There's swinging seats along the pathway! Of course there out in nature so you might have to clean them off but I don't consider that dirty. This park is a definite favorite!
Fantastic, well maintained, wide, paved trails!
The trails don't loop though.
Zone C is 2 miles long, up til a workout area at the other end, making it a 4 mile walk to the end and back to the car park. The benches along the way are great if you need breaks walking so far.
There's a pretty bridge around the middle. And birds and trees and rock formations to watch for a long the way. We saw a flock of black vultures, and thought the 'chert' formations in the rocks was really cool.
There are bicycle rentals at the Pollard Rd trailhead, and quite a few people rode them.
What a phenomenal green space for the Clarksville!
I do so appreciate all the time and effort that has clearly gone into maintaining this space. There are plenty of parking spaces, trash cans, picnic tables, bikes, trails, etc!
Although this spot can get crowded so plan your trips accordingly.
Pets are allowed and you’ll see lots of them along with athletes so be aware as you walk down the trails: you are sharing them!
I definitely recommend this space for an excursion at any time of the year
On site parking lot with bathrooms (no a/c) on site. There is a handicap accessible stall (at least in the women’s restroom). Water fountains and a fountain set up for dogs. Trails are well maintained and have distance markers in them. We did trail B which was beautiful but really steep/hilly at points which made pushing the double stroller pretty tough. We are planning on coming back to try the other options.
Great bike or walk/run paved path
Lovely bench seat swings
A few short steep hills (you will need to walk your bike up)
Bike reantals are easy to use and very convenient.
Plenty of parking ...2 separate lots.

Came out to these trails for the first time as we traveled through the area. Wasnât sure what to expect but the trails surprised us how there was more to ride then we assumed. My 12 year old was thrilled with the many feature options built into the
Our kids love going here. It has a larger playground at the front entrance with a 3-story slide, lots of swings, and plenty of areas for kids to climb. It even has a smaller playground set to the side for smaller children. There is another playground
Great fun, there is a pond with ducks, ( no bread, it's harmful to ducks) ball fields, a playground, just a peaceful place to take the kids.
The dog park is nice and shaded.
Walking the river was great! Wonderful views in both directions! The kids loved walking the trail and also playing on the playground! There are a lot of places to eat within minutes of the park if you plan on having a picnic! We will definitely be br
Iâve only been going to Prime for about 8 months, and I canât recommend them enough. Are you looking to get fit/healthy, but donât know what to do? Go see them. Are you someone whoâs somewhat active or eating healthy-ish, but needs motivation
Cool spot, not the best place to play pool though. Pool tables aren't leveled, but it's still a good time for everything else. The workers are the best here. Extremely nice and helpful. Shout out to Mandy!
