Clarion Pointe Sevierville-Pigeon Forge - Hotel in Sevierville - 1020 Parkway, USA

The staff is pleasant and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. The beds are very comfortable. They have a great breakfast available. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Close to many area attractions. Only complaint is the bathroom is small. Was a great stay as a result of a last-minute booking because we lost reservations at another place.

This hotel surprised me in a good way. The female working at the front was very courteous, professional and accommodating to our multi-room party. The rooms were clean and spacious. I must add that of the hotels I've stayed at lately that I forked over much more $$ for, their shower water pressure fails to compare to this hotel's shower head. Even the interesting design of the shower was kinda cool and offered a lot of room compared to your standard shower design. The breakfast area was decent and quaint. Typical food offerings like eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, pastries etc. I actually liked they had mini waffle machines instead of the large Belgian type. Breakfast was well stocked even beyond the 930A cutoff, which was nice, as often times it feels other hotels stop stocking the food the last half hour or so before the breakfast area closes. The pool area was clean with ample, updated seating options. Bed and pillows were comfy. Everything worked except one of our rooms TV or remote didn't work but we never needed that TV so didn't really deal with it. There is a little market place in the hotel at the front of the building with snacks and such for purchase. This isn't some fancy hotel but for the price point and Choice hotel's mission to overhaul their newly acquired properties and update their current hotels, it seems they did a decent job with this one. Never had an issue with parking, there is parking located all the way around the building and the hotel is conveniently located and easy to access places on the main road.

The entire staff were the friendliest and most helpful group that I have dealt with in a very long time. The refrigerator was defrosted and I rarely find that these days. They had a good hot breakfast every morning with meat, eggs, gravy, biscuits, waffles and much more. The buffet was replenished soon as it was running low. The hotel was clean, inside and out. The price was very reasonable.

Best budget hotel I've stayed at. It was clean, smelled good and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is actually breakfast, waffles, bagels, biscuits and so much more. It will be my go to TN hotel. I didn't go in the pool but it looked nice and was cleaned daily.

We were referred here by the blue green vacation resorts. I was very disappointed in the conditions of this hotel. So much, I was not interested in the packages bluegreen had to offer. The first room we were given smelled like moldy towels, upon inspection, there was black mold on the air conditioning vent. We were put into another room, where the smell wasn’t bad but the air conditioning was still moldy. Breakfast was a no-go. Stains on the blankets from being unwashed. Young man at the front desk at 4-5pm was very unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend this place except for the location

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Negative: The beds weren?t the most comfortable, but the service and cleanliness more than made up for that.

The rooms we got for the Mother's Day Weekend were very nice. However, we requested a double for one of the rooms and a King for the other. Instead, we got two kings. Normally that would have been great but we had to sleep with our child in a King and she kept turning and kicking us. The king wasn't big enough, that is why we requested the double. They never notified us they didn't have the double until we were in the room. The showers felt great and the rooms were clean and cozy.

I called twice about the pet fees and was told the same thing, week check in and the very Rude lady Suzy want to charge 250 for five days. I would not use this hotel again because the women were all rude. Everything else seemed to be okay. The rooms are rather small
