The front desk was awesome. They help me with my luggage. My room was nice and clean. I loved the eggs and the Manager took out empty plates and offered to refill our coffee. The night shift guy Josh was very helpful. I love the home away from home feeling. I will definitely be staying there again. I felt safe and well rested.
A group of 30+ individuals (adults) and 30+ kids aging from 3-12yrs had an amazing time at this place. The workers were very accommodating. We all loved the pool. It was safe quiet and clean. Front desk and management was very nice and informative. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.
If you like a cold shower and a musty smelling room, this place is for you. Had to run water forever and it still was cold. Finally after we were all ready the warmer water arrived. Would have been nice to know ahead of time if we needed to start running water an hour before we wanted to shower. At checkout I left my number for the manager to call me. Was told they would be in around 9am. It's more than 3 hours after that and no call from the manager. When I called to make the reservation I asked about the cancelation policy, he had no clue. They need to educate the employees when hired of what policies are. Definitely will NOT be staying here or any other Clarion hotels.
First off, no elevator. There was a used tissue on the floor when we got to the room. The room looked like it was in a hotel that was about to close down. The service was good. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water and lots of pressure. We were ready to leave before we could try the breakfast, so we can't comment on that. It's definitely not a 200 dollar per night hotel. More on the line of a motel 6.
Positive: Great location to where I was going. Staff was inviting, helpful, friendly and welcoming! Room was clean and larger than I expected. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Negative: Pillows way too soft. Bathroom door to toilet just too close. Bathroom counter very low.
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I travel ALOT. Walk up to the front door, smells like cat piss. Walk inside and the lobby is nice, the guy at the front counter was watching tik tok the whole time he was “checking me in” which consisted of him asking my name and handed me a key card without telling me where my room was or what number is was until I asked. When I got to the room the window was wide open (that’s not supposed to open). The curtains had mold on them, the bed had dead roaches around it, and the room stinks. Go to the front to switch rooms, second room smelled just as bad and the mold on the curtains was worse! They were very apologetic about the rooms, however it shouldn’t have been that way in the first place. They agreed to be giving me a refund and I will update on if this doesn’t happen. I didn’t talk to the manager personally it was all through the guy at the front counter who called the manager. Either way, will not be going back and not recommending anyone else go there.

We stayed one night for state special olympics and it was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and it was so clean and nice. We will definitely book for next year. Also check in and check out was easy. The breakfast was ok. There weren't really any healthy options but my daughter enjoyed her waffle and that was all that mattered. I actually slept good in hotel for once.

The atmosphere at this coffee shop is pretty nice and the batistas were so nice. I had a chicken salad sandwich with Russian Sawmill Coffee. My only complaint is that sandwich was smaller than I expected. Another thing to note is that the Russian co
There are a few miles of paved walking trails. The trails go through the woods behind the property and have nice views of the hills in Madison county. There is a large pond that is open to the public for fishing. Also had a small playground to keep
