Clarion Pointe Franklin - Nashville Area - Hotel in Franklin - 6210 Hospitality Dr, USA

Our room was very big and comfortable. It fits 2 adults and a 7 month old just fine. It has enough room for a bassinet or a playpen if you have a small child and need one. The location is great it's on a dead end and is very quiet. I felt totally safe the whole time I was there with my family. I will say the old cemetery in front of the parking lot was very cool to me, however my daughter didn't think so. The service was great I left my toothbrush and got 1 from the front desk. The only draw back I had was at breakfast there was no protein on the breakfast bar I know to most this isn't a big problem but I know to others this is important.

Room smelled very moldy/mildew plus some other unidentifiable smells. We asked to switch rooms and hotel staff happily agreed. New room was same. Water pressure in shower was awful, so much that I opted not to wash my hair because there was no way it was rinsing out. Hotel is quiet and visually clean.

I have to give it 1 star because the smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable. The bathroom fan didn’t work and im pretty sure there are dead animals stuck in the fan ducts. Was actually the worst experience ive ever had at a hotel. No way the positive reviews are real.

Loved the service from the employees! I was on the first floor and it was great that there was no carpet. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was close to everything I came to visit.

Had a lovely two night stay here whilst visiting Nashville. Hotel all new and immaculately clean and tidy. Beds comfy. Room all clean. Only thing let it down was the pool not being in use but think this is down to all the cicadas about that were landing in the pool.

This is a great place to stay for the price! Very nicely remodeled rooms. Clean. Good vibes. Friendly check in. Location was great and close to many restaurants. We were very happy we stayed here. Breakfast was basic but good. Dining area was nice, upbeat and clean. Waffle maker, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, juice machine, hard boiled eggs, coffee.

•Looks new, but you can SMELL NASTINESS IN EVERY ROOM!! Smells like mold, or wet drywall in every room I’ve stayed in. • the main front desk area is always full of Indian guys talking with no shoes on and yelling with no English. •the gentleman at the front desk spoke broken English so i could hardly understand ANYTHING! Had to ask him what 5 different times.. were in America, learn English and how to speak it. •had hair all over my bed and sheets which just grossed me out..

As soon as you walk in there is a Strong Indian food Smell. It carries into the room as well and is highly noticed. Over all Room looks nice. Pillows and mattress are extremely soft which isn't a good thing if you have back issues. One would need 3 pillows just to feel like there is head support. The water pressure in the shower is horrible with all the water not draining properly! The room was OK just didn't feel like it was clean clean. As mentioned the Indian smell is prominent. Elevator felt like it was going to collapse. Staff was friendly!
