So let's begin with the staff... they are wonderful. The young man who worked evenings/overnight was nice and very professional. He took care of breakfast and I appreciate him for that. My room was a little stale smelling. Clean though. Also I only had one channel on my TV that worked. The location is convenient.

The service was great. Stayed here many times and the staff is always wonderful. The breakfast could use some additional fruit options. But it’s free so I take what I can get. The room was clean and the pillows were small but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. The location is great and close to grocery shopping etc.Will stay there again.

This place was actually really nice to stay at. The lady at the front desk was nice. The guy in the morning well he just didn’t seem happy I interrupted him on his cell phone. But I didn’t have to say much only had to get a new room key. Breakfast was actually really nice for a grab and go! FYI I think it was more than a grab and go. They had waffles to make, bagels to toast up, good coffee, and plenty of other stuff. Rooms were clean, we had two rooms. Both were nice. Showers were nice. The wall in the rooms was a pretty cool touch. I will definitely stay again next year as we come out here once a year from Arizona to go to the MSU basketball camp. Thanks for having us! Keep up the great job!

Positive: The hotel was in a good location. I'm disabled and the staff reserved a first floor room for me. The bed in the room was very comfortable!! Negative: The continental breakfast was very limited.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night, and I gotta say I was very impressed by how nice our room was. Before booking I thoroughly read everyone's comments/reviews and I'm boggled at some people's horrible negative reviews about this place. I'm a germaphobe so I had some worry about the room not being clean, but when I entered the place I was so relieved by how clean everything was! I checked the bed and bedding/pillows, the sink, shower, toilet even the towels smelled good and where very clean, the bed smelled good and was super super comfortable. The sheets where so nice. The water pressure was great, the shower was clean. The only cons that I found was that the comforter wasn't all that clean looking and the parts where there's no carpet needed a good swiffer, I came prepared though! I gave everything a good wipe down with clorox wipes and cleaned the floor with them too, other then that FANTASIC place. The lady at the front desk was super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good, nice hot waffles and good yogurt. Definitely will be coming back!

Me and my girlfriend had never been here before so we got a room an not even a hour later after bringing back pizza an having the room we sat down an sure enough within minutes a bed bug had bit an we made sure we got a video. We throughly looked at the bed an realized there was eggs on the out skirts of the bed. Wasn’t there long an immediately demanded a refund a got up outta there…do not go there unless you wanna get bit by bed bugs within minutes of sitting on the bed. It looks clean but never judge a book by its cover. In addition when I had brought it to the front desks attention he(the front desk clerk) went an looked with the house keeper an sure enough when we asked for clarification if he had saw the same thing we did he said in a low voice considering other guests were in the lobby an had said they did see them INDICATING there was more then ONE.

So i stayed there march 29th 2024 .And as I first walked in there.The lady was rude because she Literally yelled.Well, it's a $108 to stay here I said OK, She looked in disbelief Then she was like.Well it's 50 dollars deposit fee. Her not knowing that I have $4000 folded in 100s and my wallet. So as I pulled it out the look, on her face was priceless.It was like she felt defeated Just a very awkward.Just stands there like when she first did when she said.Oh it's a hundred and eight dollars and she just looked at me and paused for ten seconds. I asked a young worker that was coming in what's her name, but I believe she gave me the wrong name.The girl with a lot of makeup on.I mean in that neighborhood you need to understand wives tell there husbands to stay away from people like you. Also. She gave me a double bedroom.And I only needed one bed.And I walked past 5 bedrooms with the window open that was not being used. And as I walked out to go smoke my cigarette it seemed like somebody was trying to bait me to walk over to a darker side with like sounds it was so weird. I just went back in our room. You just need to get all the racist.White trash and breeds drug addict out of there. Because if a rich black man walks in there, you do whatever he wants, if you knew he was rich, ever cheat. Trust me it happens. But pretty much very fine hotel very clean. They just need to get them out of there.

The room was clean and staff were all super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting MSU. Loved the convenience of the grab and go breakfast too.
